Fun fact at 40:49 changbin said this because one time hyunjin came into the room from the shower and seungmin was wearing a jacket very different from his usual style
so hyunjin was like “what is that?” and seungmin seemed to freak out a little and was like “why is it weird?” hyunjin tells people honestly about his opinions so he was like “a bit” and seungmin was like “this is my birthday gift for you” hyunjin freaked and was like “NO I mean it’s so diff from your usual style but like I wear stuff like that!”hyunjin was like “really I like it I’ll wear it!!” but seungmin was already heartbroken lol and was going to get it refunded
but it was too complicated to refund

oh boy! I totally forgot about that!!
i was there when it came out and i was so shocked about how open they were about fighting each other. like they literally admitted they were in the middle of a fight and hyunjin was having difficulties with being around changbin. that's so rare and uncomfortable for people not even just idols to talk about in front of a camera. definitely did find the tension quite upsetting cuz according to hyunjin the entire group was treading on thin ice around him but im glad they got to talk things through and they grew a lot from that talk. it's quite funny that in the recent 2kids room changbin thought they didnt admit they were in the middle of a fight when they actually did. they did skirt around saying outright that they were fighting at the moment but it was quite obvious by what hyunjin was saying
I also saw it when it came out. It's not something you usually see, because Idols often have to pretend to be close and best friends even if they aren't to keep up a certain image.
That said I do think that SKZ genuinly like each other. Even other artists have said that they seem to be really close and that they are the same off and on camera.
Even if you can feel the tension in that episode, you can also see that Changbin really cares about what the other members think of him. And he's deeply upset that they seem to have some difficulties with him. I think that also shows how close they are even if they are fighting sometimes. Otherwise Changbin just wouldn't care.
And you can also see, how Changbin worked on himself. He now always talks about how important communication is and all members are really rely on him. I just admire Changbin.
In the new interview they uploaded (Seventeen channel) they all said how Changbin knows a lot about the members so that must mean they all trust him that much. He's the "core" so to speak. Changbin's the one the members depend on, like he mentioned in the past that the 00 line would go to him when they had a fight then he'd try to console them and all that and he's also a good mentor and cheerleader when recording which is awesome. He's honest and makes others comfortable. He's just that dependable, helpful guy.
Also there's a possibility that you missed some old Kids room but honestly it's hard to tell because some had more than one episode together. It was determined more on who wanted to talk to who that time, also it got less episodes so not all pairings have an episode together
Oh yea, we all knew something was happening. Changbin has always always vocally adored Hyunjin. Honestly half the time He, Chan and Han (post rap better/dance better era) think Hyunjin can literally do no wrong, he is kinda 3rachas baby, so to see the odd vibe between them, it was concerning. But by the time it aired they had already done appearances and they were back to the CB flirting and Hyunjin pretending he isn’t just as whipped.
I could imagine it would have been odd! But love that they were back to their usual flirting in no time hahahaaha
The episode where they've talked their problems out was actually one of my favorite episode, I had no idea what was happening back then but it's so fascinating to me how they can deeply talk about their feelings and concerns about each other without being offensive. How changbin was not even defensive but just trying to explain his side and in the end he said he will have to check on his actions, like, how cool and humble are you changbin? I was like, these two are real, you can only be real and honest like that with the person you really care about. It's so nice to know that they made up through that episode after they shared their feelings. I love all the combinations between all the members but changbin and hyunjin's relationship is my fave, since the first 2 kids room you will see how they deeply trust each other.
There was this one time the staff asked skz who they wanted to talk more after their 2 kids room. Sooo if you found a pair that they have twice 2 kids room before this year's one, then that means they wanted to talk to each other again. This one was mentioned in their teaser if I'm not mistaken. Soo yeah haha hope that answers your question.

that's SO true about changbin,,, i'd totally bare my soul to him. he just has just comfort about him. he is tough but kind. love him so much. He seems like such a great friend.
Stray Kids have really good relationship with each other.. And i love how they were vocal with their fights, misunderstandings and talks about almost everything. Even real siblings mostly aren't that close. Actually after stanning skz i felt like my siblings & i became closer - and we're all stay now even our mom .. they were such a good influence...

About the hyunibini 2kr which was a little more tense, i just wanted to add a comment here about it. I was there around the time this aired, and honestly remembering it from back then many of us felt for Changbin because he seemed to have that constant dilemma and complex at the time about the way other people perceived him. He's commented a few times about how he thinks his tone of voice or his eyes tend to make him look angry, which is why he tried his best to avoid coming off that way with humor and lighthearted banter. There was a great comment underneath that 2kr actually, where it basically encapsulated what we all felt at the time.
Basically: The fact that Changbin had to monitor his disposition around new surroundings or even SKZ while they were still getting to know each other probably got really exhausting.
To constantly have to check up on yourself and other people and make sure they aren't getting the wrong impression of you or what you're saying isn't easy and just so mentally draining, so fact that Hyunjin mentioned the members thought he was in a bad mood and tense all the time despite in Changbin's mind this just being because he was letting loose a little--and finding out he was being misinterpreted by the members, the people closest to him, probably just added to his difficulties he already had at the time anyway.
Looking at him now, this is most likely why he has the amount of self-awareness and room-reading skills that he does. He's probably just learned to adapt to the people around him which is ALSO probably why he knows the ins and outs of SKZ's personalities. Seriously so much respect for him. The amount of self-discipline it takes to become someone like Changbin isn't something everyone can do nor is it easy to get there. He must've struggled a lot mentally.

Hearing the way the members openly discus their dynamics and seeing how they've evolved throughout the seasons is one of the reasons why the Kids Room's series is my favourite 💕
Yes I think you missed their Double Knot era 2 kids room. So to put it simple, they most likely always had 2 kids room in their comebacks in the past. They had 2 kids room in "I Am Who" era, "I Am You" era, "cle:1 Miroh" era, "cle:2 Yellow wood" era, and "Double Knot" era. So they had 5 series of 2 kids room in total in the past. All of it still had Woojin in it.
For "mixtape: gone days" era they had One Kids Room
For "Go live" era they had 2 Kids Song
For "mixtape: even fool knows/paborado ara" era they had 2 Kids Room+1
For "In life" era they had Heart Kids Room
And in this cb era we finally got our 2 Kids Room back again, yay! hehe, I might wrote them out of order or I might missed things but yeah just tried to list them for the better understanding! I hope it could help you in any ways.
By the way did you already react to Han x Chan 2 kids room? If I remember correctly Chan and Han also had 3 episode of 2 kids room together including this cb 2 kids room. If you already did, and in case you missed the double knot era you should watch them! It was so much fun! They were like totally hilarious in there lol.
Lol the easy way of telling whose the purple flexible one was the fact that Hyunjin was the only one in a purple hammock.

binnie is hyun-peu (hyunjin fan) 😆they are very close, bin has always been obsessed with hyune's lips & binnie is a special person for hyune. and I think their cries could explode at any moment if they talked eye-to-eye, especially if bin started to talk about something deep. like their conversation at the beginning. they try not to take it too seriously, so they don't cry. (TMI. bin always wears the bracelet that hyune gave him. he never takes it off. when in KD, even during photo shoots, he still wears the bracelet. 😭) you understand what I mean?
Tbh I relate to Changbin so much as someone who has been told they have "resting bitch face" lol. It's so hard to hear that people are taking you the wrong way when you literally can't help the way you look/your natural facial expressions. So it makes sense that eventually Changbin was just like I'm not gonna worry about it anymore and it seems like that was the key to him prioritizing expressing his feelings. Loved this reaction per usual xx

at first, I thought that changbin struggles could have happened around the time that the former member left because Han also had to take a break from promotions at the end of 2019.
but they spoiled a bit of streetlight at the MUPLY "Unveiling new tracks of Stray Kids🔥 [B SIDE] Stray KIdsㅣEP.1ㅣ" which was aired in December 2019, so maybe it is not related to that
only Changin and people that know him personally know will know the series of events/factors that led to that state of mind, but I am happy that Changbin had (still has) great people around him. his family, stray kids, his friends, stays that can be streetlights on his not so lonely night.🔦🔦

Yea the two kids room thing. This year's two kids room actually has all the pairs. Like it's 8×8. The previous ones only has certain pairs for example, the one from two years ago doesn't have the same pairs as the ones from three years ago. So , when you watch some of the previous two kids room, only some pairs are available from two years ago and some from 3 years ago. It's a bit confusing 😅. So when you watch back to back, it's actually from different era's except for this time where we have every pair. Then there's something called two kids room+1 where three of them talk and also ❤️ kids room, where one tries to find their soul mate by asking questions and getting answers anonymously. It's really fun and different from the usual two kids room. I'm sure you'll have this in your playlist but I'll just put it here. 🙂

I don't know if there were other else but I was the one who suggested watching the recent tkr first because they revealed something, i was surprised you remembered coz it was a long time ago i think i commented it when their episode was released. They did go live in that week and even told us in advance the time they would go on vlive. Ah changbin, if you realized what changbin said in the recent tkr he said how he now finds communication the most important in relationships etc. Before he had a different attitude and when he found out how the members felt around him, he really wanted to fix or improve that. When that episode with the window was released, well we were already used to skz revealing some personal things like their arguments so i can't remember clearly how i reacted at that time but i think it was nothing surprising because it was not the first time they mentioned that about changbin. There was some time where the other members kept mentioning how they were walking in egg shells around changbin coz they didn't know how to act when he was mad but it turns out changbin said they misunderstood him. So they eventually settled it out by honestly talking about it. Good thing the members opened it up coz changbin had no idea what was wrong but yeah now changbin is an expert in relationships haha the members also directly ask changbin if he's really upset or not. I guess this applies to all members, they resolve things quickly if ever someone gets upset or anything. It was all normal and they started living together as idols so of course i think some adjustments were essential. A lot of things has changed and the members have gotten so much closer now after everything they've been through, it's very clear to see. There's lots of two kids room (tkr) that episode with the window, the staff asked them to choose who they want to talk to and that's how the pairings were made. This season of two kids room is the first time we're getting all pairings in one season. Also in every season of all the tkr series, they release a video of behind the scenes or unreleased scenes.

Wow I've seen this Skz Code so many times and I just now realized that Hyunjin's hammock changes color (assuming it's actually a different hammock at some point). It goes from purple to blue.

2 Kids Room is such a fascinating look at how they all interact with each other. Obviously it’s still in front of a camera, but you get this peek into their relationships with each other which is really cool. I hope it’s something they continue through the years.
The kids room where they had a fight was a set that they’re there by themselves, only standing cameras with no staff around, the place was quiet and a bit isolate so that’s why they have that deep conversation, I mean they seemed to forgot about the cams for a while :)) Now i know why Hj and Cb looked a bit intense and upset in the episode then
Watching 3 eps like this make me realize how much they’ve grown T.T we can sense that they rely on each other so much, like.. a lot, I’m a bit emotional right now while remembering all the hard moments through years 😭
Changbin has mental struggle I think was in 2019 2020, “Streetlight” was written as his thought when he suddenly faced the depression from stress of work and life. I love Changbin mindset so much, he has such a strong and sensitive heart. He tried to overcome by himself but always notices other’s struggle, big heart. All of their songs usually have this topic in the lyrics (Streetlight, Alien, Phobia, 42, Chronosaurus, Silent Cry,…)
Ah, maybe you don’t know but Hyunjin used to be VERY clingy to everyone, the boy loves to make skinship a lot (same lvl as Felix) he loves to lean on or literally sit on the kids :)) he still does now but not as half as in the past. When you watch the old contents from 2018 2019, hj was super E, super dramatic and loud, now he’s calmer and more sensitive as Minho said. I love him either way of course but I feel like a mom when I watched the old moments haha a bit nostalgic
I agree. Hyunjin lost a lot over the years. He lost a band mate he cared about, he lost his career for 4 months, his gigs and regular appearances, he used to literally be loved by Stays, but once he got more and more popular people really started to get upset that their favourites weren’t getting the same attention. You can see the insecurity now. But, the relationships he has cultivated are different. You can see that he works on these relationships with the members bc, as he has said, he is terrified of losing them. They are all he has, and he treats them all like they are incredibly precious to him now. He is less dramatic and he doesn’t seem to need the feedback about his skills, but he seems to gravitate more to feedback about his relationships.
@@Notanymore343 yeah, it isnt his fault that he became really popular really quickly, in his mind he must have been doing it for the group and the fandom, and to see stays turn on him for "overshadowing" others must've hurt a lot...add onto the entire mess last year, it must have been really traumatizing. I wasnt a stay back then so I only know hyunjin as he is now, but I watch old videos of the group and I can really tell how he actively tries to blend into the background now at times when other members are interacting with the camera...it lowkey makes me a bit sad

I LOVE these 2 together! Changbin has been whipped for Hyunjin since the beginning of time, he just likes the thrill of the chase lol. Every single time they drop a 2KR episode, no matter what duo it is, I mainly end up talking about Changbin. I'll never stop saying it but he's literally the anchor of this group and they even said that themselves in their recent Seventeen interview lol. *Btw, I recommend you to watch that if you haven't already, definitely their funniest interview to date!

There are six seasons of "2 kids room" counting this year, then there are "One kids room", "2 kids room +1", "2 kids song" and "♥ kids room". I recommend that you watch the last ones, there they were looking for their "soulmate", so cute and funny

Two kids room, yes they did again. Not all possible pairs, though. Only some of pairs did twice. (for example, Chan & Han.) So there are three of "two kids room" including this year's one. They have 2+1 version, and 1 in the room talks about himself and all others in the other room talk about that member.
Also, they have "Heart Kids Room" (One[A main character for the given episode] in the room can communicate with two others only through their texts-, can't see them & can't hear their voice, while the two in the other room can see and hear that one. One in the room asks whatever he wants and the other two give answers and the one choose one of them by the texted answers. The chosen one remains for the next round while not-chosen one is kicked out and a new member comes in. After 6 rounds, the one surviving the last round will win and have a chance to meet the main member of that episode. Sometimes the main one successfully guesses who the final one is, and sometimes he fails. Anyway, it's really fun to watch.
So, there are five versions : 2Kids, New 2Kids(2Kids+others), 1Kid(1kid+others), 2+1Kids, HeartKids (1kid + 2 kids in turn for each round, total 6 rounds in each episode)
Also, they have Two Kids Song (a pair composes a song together for the same track given by Chan, So 4 songs were made) You can feel how their composing abilities have grown compared to the recent one, Howl in the Harmony (3/3/2 units) [Howl in Harmony was filmed after Kingdom was ended. During the Kingdom they danced as wolfs (for Miroh) and became a wolf herd for Wolfgang [comes from wolf gang & Amadeus Wolfgang Mozart] And as you know SKZ's leader Chan's SKZOO is a wolf. So They use "Howl" in the title. Wolf is known to be loyal and brave, so it goes well with SKZ, I think.]
Btw, if you haven't checked, l recommend their live performance in Radio [BtoB Minhyuk is the DJ of this Radio Show]. For ODDINARY comeback, they were scheduled three radio shows, but due to Corona, two of them were canceled and the previously videotaped one was only aired. For that one, l don't think they give the Eng. Sub. Yet you can still see(if you haven't) their live performance. lit's broadcast station KBS radio's clip, so l'm not sure, but they might block the reaction clips, too.)

Mel i swear i just feel like at this point my existence is sensitive...My skin and my eyes.Sometimes they get teary for no reason even my tummy,it gets triggered by smells as well.I dont drink anything acidic and also strong toothpaste triggers it.Crazy how you mentioned in your other video that you cant eat an animal that still looks like itself and i totally relate,my mom thought i was crazy glad i am not the only one ahhahah
I also keep 5l bottles of water in my room to avoid leaving hahahahha ...2 years ago i took my mbti test and i got INFJ-T, i took the test again this year and its still the same

I also have a sensitive gut! Mine is SUUUUPER sensitive to stress - it's the first sign that I am stressed actually. I will get really bad stomach pains.

I became stay a little after second one, but idk if people talked about the tension there. To me that episode always felt awkward, especially after watching them any other time and seeing how close were they. But I didn't wanna over-analyze them or anything, you know?

About why are there 3 videos not just 2... There is many different versions of 2 Kids Room. Well in first 4 volumes all possible combinations happened (i think) and then in 5th volume they started over again. But after 5th volume, they changed concept from 2-on-2 to different other types, people mentioned already. So like that some couples have one more episode than others.

They did A LOT of 2 kids room actually, back in 2018 to 2019 (cough* 5 seasons). There's also one kid room (where the members talk about a member while the member in a next room) and 2 kids room plus one. Both are in 2020.
