@Gaming Blue 💙 I would never ask Barbatos to make a pact. He’s very gentlemanly and manages to create the perfect dates, and warns you about possibly leaving body parts behind when he teleports you. Demanding a pact would feel like an insult.

I saw a theory that said maybe Solomon used the Grimoire to make Barbato's send him to where the mc is and that is why he is mad. I feel like if anyone is gonna know what is going on it is Barb so I think it is plausible he knows what is going on and Solomon going to where mc is would ruin what he had planned and mess up the time line (ex him making a pact with Asmo before it was suppose to happen). Is it shady? Yes, but I feel like Solomon is the grey character who would burn everything to protect his precious sorcerer. Thus I can see him making Barb send him to Mc so he could find them and watch over them.
Hmmm to be honest i haven't gone far in the original OM! but come to think of it they rarely interact each other... If i'm not mistaken Barbatos's attitude towards Solomon wasn't as harsh in the original.... Correct me if i'm wrong tho
Yeah you're right, I'm fully caught up and Barbatos wasn't angry at Solomon in the original game. Since Nightbringer is in the past, I just assume that Barbatos has had enough time to get over his grudge against Solomon by the time the original game takes place. I still am very curious to know what Solomon did to him in the first place though, and the fact that Sol can't even remember why Barb was mad at him is hilarious 😂
