I have bison ribs in the freezer and I've been wondering how to cook them. I don't have a smoker but I think I want to try this anyway. Maybe I could do them in the pan with the broth and veggies like you did and then sear them on the grill directly?
Those looked great. Good idea on braising them in the pan with the veggies + stock. I'm nowhere near Nebraska, but have a local source of Bison meat - so will be sure to try this out with some soon!
I'll be heading down to Southern Missouri and Arkansas soon , always keep you in mind when I see some of the BBQ sauces down there , try to pick you up some new ones . Great video !!
