It's how some people feel the better for living, you being one obv..as u age that wears off and u feel empathy for your fellow man and want him to be as good as you. Competitive testosterone levels diminish and u become one with Ur fellow man...lol. but hey u enjoy whilst it lasts.
Tho on the back foot u also become super critical and supercilious to others lol, like a kind of Victor meldrew of the TH-cam comments ..haha
You go on open skate hours, unless you want to pay a few hun to rent the place.

I’m 65 now but used to be pretty good on skates back in the 1960’s & 70’s. I see that you’re on a wooden floor. The best IMO. It’s what I learned on. I despised trying to skate on concrete- back in the day they began making the new rinks floor using concrete. 😒
Question- I notice also most of these skates have no toe stop on them.(I do see that this young man has toe stops and he is utilizing them.) Why did the skate manufacturers stop putting them on? Or- were they removed for a particular reason? I used it primarily when skating fast backwards to come to an abrupt stop.

But honestly its mad talent..ATL just smooth in them rinks with the way everyone blends no matter how fancy..you don't see nobody crashin..they dashin.bobbin and weaving and all while styling and profilin.. pure talent.
