Thank you very much for your assistance to learn about SPSS in details. Would you please demonstrate how Livelihood Vulnerability Index can be produced through SPSS or any simple way?
Dr. Grande your videos are really helpful! I have a dataset. I’m trying to run regression analysis using variables with frequencies and percentages. I am not sure if I should aggregate each variable (e.g., mean of each variable) to use in regression. Or if I should use weights (if so, then I’m not sure what that means and what I need to do on SPSS to use weighted variables). Or could I use the variables as they are (i.e., in frequency and percentages). Please provide guidance. Thank you!
while purchasing which factor is most important which one is least important please rank them according to you choices. Product Composition (clothing) rank( ) 1) Style 2 2) Color 4 3) Fabric 1 4) Appearance 3 5) Fiber content 5 for the same question many responses people gave according to their choices. can you suggest me test apply on this type of data on Spss
Thanks for such a useful video. Can you direct me to any papers which outline this method of creating a composite variable? I would like to reference the method in my paper.
Hello, I have, for example, 4 items measuring "Satisfaction", how do I calculate or what I use to measure the "Satisfaction Factor" so I can measure the correlation with other factors? Do I calculate the total of the 4 items? Or I calculate the "Mean" or the "Average"? Thank you,
This was great! Thank you for speaking slowly and keeping it simple!
Thank you so much! Your videos have really helped me throughout the years.
Dr. Todd Grande is the GOAT and I WON'T hear otherwise
Thank you for the simple, clear explanation.
Thank you so much for this simple explanation! You’re a lifesaver.
Great explanation! Simple and clear! Highly appreciated, thank you so much Dr Todd! 👍
nicely explained.... thanks for these tutorials

The composite variable seems useful at analyzing multiple variables with the ease of looking at one sum score.
Thank you for sharing. Very interesting information

Hi. did you find an answer to your question? I have similar situation and still searching. thanks for sharing the information.
Mathematics use is needed for this. This deserves more hands on to better understand how you know what to calculate. Good start though
Thanks Todd!
You're welcome!
Dr. Grande I am trying to create a specific scatter plot. would you be able to help me find out what I'm doing wrong?
Pls how about creating a composite variable in stata
sir can you help me to analyze my data..............
