Love love vi peel I started about 4 years ago getting them in the beginning I did the 3 but now I only do end of summer to maintain. Love the precision too! I used to use the clear but what I do now is the generic hydroquone 4% and mix it with my tretinoin twice a week and that how I maintain. Had really bad malasma completely gone now! I have horrible adult acne, blemishes, and hyperpigmentation. How often is it suggested to do a Vi Peel to help correct these types of issues? A series of 3 to 5 every two to three weeks?
I got my Vi peel precision boost today and I did not receive any of the cleansers or post pads... should I be worried?? My friend referred me. When she went, she received the cleansers and post pads with instructions and how to apply them. I went 3 days after her with the same aesthetician and received the same peel as her BUT she did not give me any of the materials. She advised me to rinse with water and pat gently 24 hours after I received the solution on my face. I'm freaking out, please help.
I wouldn't freak out, the post pads help initiate the peeling process. The Vi Peel that was already applied is going it's thing but without the pads it may take longer for you to start to peel. I would call tomorrow morning and request the pads. You just paid a bunch of money for a peel, you deserve the post pads and cleanser. The cleanser has aloe etc and helps your skin retain moisture. You will still have a great peel but having those extra things will keep you more comfortable and speed up the process. Let me know what happens. Sorry I'm just seeing this.
Kara Sewell I went back this morning (day 2) and asked her and she said she decided to change my Vi peel to the revepeel. She changed it without my consent. I asked her to give me more knowledge upon the revepeel because I have never heard of it and she couldn't do that. She said she will email me with more information and steps to follow. She had to call the manufacture first. She has yet to email me. I rinsed my face 24 hours later after she applied the revepeel like she said. She did not give me any additional products. She told me, day 3 rinse your face again with water and apply lotion then a sunscreen. I am currently conducting my research on the revepeel and everyone is applying a moisturizer or product. I don't know what else to do but follow her poor instructions. She did not make me feel comfortable because she could not give me any further information on the revepeel or what steps to follow besides those few.
Where are you and where did you go? Does she have a supervisor you could contact? That is unacceptable. I hate to hear you had a bad experience. I haven't heard of the revepeel either but now I'm curious. Keep me posted.

I was recently told by my doctor that pore size does not change they only appear smaller because they are clean - crazy right? I will say, these Vi Peels completely transformed my skin.

AL PT oh no! They suggest three per year. So, one every 6 weeks (just three times) would be transformative.
