Gutes handwerkliches Geschick! Meinen T3 Kasten hatte ich auch selber ausgebaut. Allerdings nahm ich Pappelsperrholz um Gewicht zu sparen.
In Thailand, there is definitely a problem with the car modification and tax laws. After doing it, you have to take it for inspection and pay taxes to alter the condition. before it can be properly driven on the road

I installed locking filling cabinets in my bus …. Boy did they work great ..and inexpensive…as apposed to having to build them..

Ein Mercedes Sprinter hat eine zulässige Gesamtgewicht von 3,5t. Mit sooovie Holz und Einbauteile wird es ziemlich knapp....
Aber saubere Arbeit,👍
gibt auch Sprinter mit 4,5t und mehr zul. Gesamtgewicht.

To everyone, patting them on the back... Your right and your wrong. From AUTO ENGINEERING BACK GROUND. YES, THERE WORK IS SPOT ON IF THE VAN IS PARKED. IN THERE RUSH.... NO WOOD GLUES WERE USED. BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE USED, MARINE GRADE, SEAL A TECK, THAT HAS FLEX.. SEE, YES THE VAN LOOKS COOL...( I LOVE THE JOB THEY DID. ) BUT, IT GOING TO FALL APART... WOOD SCREWS, IN RAW WOOD,.. BOUNCING DOWN THE ROAD, THE VANS HEAVEY NOW, IT WILL (FLEX ). POT HOLES JOLTED SLAMS, SCREWS WILL ( BACK OUT ).. THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR THAT APPLICATION. . IT SUCKS,... NEVER RUSH...DONT CUT CORNERS, THEY INSULTED RIGHT, FLOOR IS RIGHT, PAINTING IS RIGHT. SEALING WINDOWS IS RIGHT.... BUT EVERY WOOD JOINT SCREWED TOGETHER, THAT IS NOT GLUED, OR CHALK WITH INDUSTRIAL, EPOXY CHALKING BEFORE SCREWING. ( WILL FAIL..NOT IN ONE MILE...PUT 5000 MILES,.) THE CREAKS, THE DOORS WOULDN'T CLOSE. HINGES WILL PULL OUT..... UNDER STAND... THEY BUILT A BOUNCING BOX, HOUSE... IF THEY CRASH.... ALL THAT WOOD IS FLYING LIKE MISSILES...

Stopped watching when I realised that the thumbnail that brought me here (The one with the van being structurally framed out for coach building) was just pure clickbait. It's worse than McDonalds showing the 100% perfect burger in their ads, then serving you up some mess that looks like it had been swept into the box from the floor ! At least you KNOW that the McDonalds burger image isn't realistic before you order it. There's no way to tell this van WASN'T going to have major structural work done without investing a little time into the video
