I made it by myself on Figma and printed on adhesive paper that I cut into circles to turn them into stickers

Hello, to be honest it's bit difficult to do. You have to, in order :
- take off the shifter box from the wheel
- disassemble the shifter box
- unsolder the electronic cables on the two buttons
- remove the buttons from the box, so you have two empty holes
- drill holes on the shifters box so you can fix the magnetic shifters elements on it, you need to make the holes at the right positions so you don't block screw entries when you fix the shifters box back on the wheel, and you don't drill holes too close to the battery inside
- make the electronic cables longer by adding extension cables
- assemble the magnetic shifters components from 3Drap
- solder the electronic cables to the boards of 3Drap shifters
- fasten with all screws
and you're done. be careful with black and white cables. if it doesn't work you just have to change order when solding.
