The talking when screaming threw me off as well I'm hardly ever a fan of music videos in metal, but you had me laughing about the video and I enjoyed the music. I would much rather they just showed them in the studio or jamming somewhere on the instrumentals and actually show the vocalist singing their part instead of what you see in this.
On their discord they said they’re hoping to get into the studio to record the album next month. They were supposed to record it in April if I remember correctly, but because their producer and drummer both live in the U.S. while the rest are in Canada, they’ve not been able to get together to record the whole thing due to travel bans. But if those bans lift, they’ll be able to record it next month and put out the full-length by the end of the year (I think they said that was their goal if they could record it in August). With cases going up tho, it’s not looking likely that it’ll happen unfortunately

They would've been recording now if it weren't for the pandemic; they live in Canada but record mainly in LA (if I'm not mistaken).

i agree, partly! entertainment factor is very important. seeing a band jamming in the studio just isn’t as interesting sometimes
