This was an interesting bake off. I haven't played the Sims, but I did watch your Sims 4 in real life video you did with Jordan. Out of these recipes, I'd try the cookies. No on the others. Yes, do more bake offs from games. You could do one on that pizza game you live streamed.

you have to mix them separately cause mixing them together makes the dough toughen and strengthen the gluten in the flour leading to tough and dense baked goods

Google the wet and dry sepreatly mixxing;
Why:​Overmixing batters and dough will toughen and strengthen the gluten in the flour, leading to tough, dense baked goods. Mixing the dry ingredients together first, and then doing the same with the wet ingredients, means that once you combine the two, you will have to do very little mixing.
