Hey i have a small doubt. If for a 30 yr brr strategy mortgaged home, after 10 years if we feel to sell it. Will we get roughly 1/3 of the house value back to us?!
I'm also facing same problems till now ,which you face in childhood. My dad also work in Dubai for same 7 years .I didn't have bycle. My mom also said same dialogue to me.even we don't have good home .we were also live in grand mom home in my childhood.l was lost so many tour trips in my life because lack of money . When I remember those things tears come my eyes .you know I didn't have proper school uniform in my school days .I don't know what school bag.thank for sharing your experience. I'm from telangana , now iam doing Law degree from Osmania University Hyderabad and at the same time I'm now preparing for civil services exams.

Are you able to survive if price and rent drop down to 25% bcz of interest rate hikes? sometimes it reminds me 2008, everyone had 4-5 proprieties and all whipped out during interest rate hike cycle which beginning in Canada

How did the bank give u loan for your second property within six months? What was your salary that time? I don't belive banks would allow loan that easily they will check your ltv
