Good morning I believe you are well. Consider doing the late enquiries but when adding a new course your login to your student portal and follow the steps as like the above video. But I suggest that during the registration period go to the university and visit the faculty you want to study at and find out if there's space available.

It will depend on what you are applying for, but if you apply for example, Adv. Certificate , they wont check your grade 12.

The university of Johannesburg will receive the data from the Department of Education, just indicate if you're upgrading or not.
