Sir in both strong and weak ligand case CFSE( like 0.4 for below and 0.6 for above in octahedral case) same but it should be different like CFS is low in weak ligand and high in strong ligand
[Fe(CN)6]-4 , [Fe(en)3]+3 , [No(dmg)2] , [Fe(ox)3]-3 which of them have maximum no.of rings and maximum stability...plz help me I have given planty of time to this question BT I m not getting the answer
