The seven syllable bars are too repetitive imo. I felt like I was waiting for the song to pick up but it never did. This could be really dope, I just feel like its missing something.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to consistently stay in seven syllable meter and still have it be grammatically correct and euphonous and lyrically solid?
This is a masterpiece and shows deep understanding of multiple parts of the artform.
I disagree in the strongest possible terms.

@DASRH I do not know how difficult it is, bc I am a consumer, not a producer. But if it's difficult to pull that off, then that's great he was able to, but it just sounds boring to me. It seems like a lot of work for not a great payoff, knowing that now.
I'm glad you are enjoying it and think it's a masterpiece though. 😊 I didn't even realize this was Kellin's side project until this morning. 😅 I usually love all his work so I'm surprised myself that I'm not that into this.
