This is an example walkthrough from a learner perspective. If you want to join these type of raids, join the Discord at the top of the video description.
The Discord is free to use, and encourages players to participate from 0-10Kc. There are some minimum Gear & Stat requirements, which are universally accepted for many communities & clans.
This video focuses on tips & tricks as well as things to look out for on your first raids to have a smoother simpler experience. ToB is NOT as complex as you may think it is, it's just quite punishing.
This format contains 1 Mentor, 1 Helper, and 1/2/3 Learners.
Each Mentor will guide you through the Raid and shotcall key actions.
The Discord also contains a ton of resources for training simulators, plugins, guides, etc. If you want something specific, just ask!
Note that this is NOT a carry Discord. It's a free service aimed at training players to become competent at various roles within 10 KC, then push them to communities & clans to continue raiding. ToB remains highly inaccessible and difficult to get a foot in the door. This service aims to fix that issue.
Please take the time to read #read-me in the Discord, taking the time to familarise yourself with the resources and put in a little practice goes a long way to having a smooth entry experience.

Loving the vids! Quick question. I’m about 30 KC at Tob on my Ironman. I have always prayed melee at sote except when the orbs are about hit you. I noticed north corners didn’t and south corners did pray melee. Is there anything in that ? Is it worth praying melee at all? Thank you!

So curious why range at madien? Every team i run with wants me to mellee with whip so i do. Ive done a solo madien and could only down it with range so the range dps is better and i understand that. So why do all these scythers want me melee?
Establish norm that only has basis in the idea that melee is *technically* better if you're essentially tick lossless but fails to realise learners will lose ticks to blood/dodging/dealing with crabs.
Basically its just the way ppl learned when tob came out so ppl expect it.
holy sheet nylocas room looks so easy with multiple people lol . i did my first tob today for the night at theatre quest and all the kills were pretty quick but that room felt like it took god damn forever lol and then i lost to it like 3 times cuz of the pillars going out
How do you get that plain ground surface at Verziks room? When I use the "ground object hider" plugin, it turns completely black....
its low detail plugin but it doesnt work these days at verzik :L
Do you replace tent whip with fang or nah?
not so much replace as bring both - they each have uses, setup depending though - always ask a mentor to check gear
wheres the hard food or divines?
divines aren't a hard req, i think i took 1 hard food in and i'd recommend 1 for verzik too.
Why do you pray redemption for Xarpus?
Poison can't hit above redemption proc
discord is pointless because if u have 25 kc your on your own anyways and req are req
