This is exactly what I need for my home office. I love all of the features and the fact that my phone is available in one place to use the easy dial pad, speaker phone and is charging at the same time.

if it is also work as charging dock, you need to remove the phone from dock when phone is 100% charged . Else your phone battery life will drastically decreased due to overcharging.

Not if it's designed correctly. It should taper off the charge when it gets full.
