I dont have an options of settings. I dont know what happen how it gone 😓 i cannot connect
It should be that the camera is offline, you can try rebooting the camera or resetting the camera to add it again.

Hi,,, may i ask again? How to disconnect the camera to my wifi ? I want to disconnect it in day time to save my data. , And if ever i disconnect it. Is it possible that playing back continues ? Even if its not connected to wifi? Thanku so much 🙏
If your camera supports AP mode, then you can connect the camera's hotspot wifi to use the camera, follow these steps.
1. Reset the camcorder and wait for 30 seconds.
2. Connect your phone to 'GW_APxxxxxx' wifi.
3. Open yoosee app, it will display 'Step 1: Get ready' interface, tap and then tap 'skip,shift to ap mode' in the bottom right corner.
4. when finished, the camera does not need to be connected to wifi and some basic functions are available.
Note: This mode requires a mobile phone to be connected to the camera's wifi in order to use it. If you want to use remote viewing, you need to reset the camera and add it again.

Hi I can't do a default factory reset. Everytime I reset, only gives me a beep even if i hold it longer. If thru smart connection, its saying configuration failed.. please help.. I just want to reset the whole thing and select fast networking
Is it possible to set up this camera to record movement when there is no app open on my phone? It works if the app is open on my phone. But i want it to record possible movement at night when I and my phone sleeps.

Hello, install a PTZ type camera with Yoosee application this works perfectly, in my case the application works fine but when I share the link or scan it through the QR code this error appears (parameter dvld is not number) try to link the data again account but nothing, if someone has happened to help me how to solve it. Thanks

it's possible to restore a device without reseting? my cam is connect and stream rstp without problem but i lost the device in the app and for the reset the cam i'll have to find a big ladder =/ i need to access TF content.

after scanning it the ID is detected but there are no options to add the camera.. the ID is just there no other options add or next
Hi, can you please confirm what is TF card which can be used to do recording in Yoosee camera? On other cameras normal Micro SD card works well.
normal class 10 tf card will do. U1 is ok.

My camera turns but it does'nt do the "du du" sound and I don't know where and how to reset.. hope you can help.
Reset is easy. Beneath the camera there is a button need to be pressed by a pin. Hold it till 5 - 7 seconds till it sound.
My case more complicated. My wifi quota got robbed so I decided to permit only my cellphones and laptop mac address to enter the wifi but i forgot that my camera has not in the list of the permit. Then i decided to unbound the camera which was wrong. Now it is hard to get bound again😑😓😭

You can't record videos unless you insert a memory card in it. It instructs to add a TF card which I'm also looking for, because everywhere where I go they give me a Micro SD card. So I need a confirmation if I can use it in Yoosee camera or not.

Hi here , please I bought yoosee camera from a friend in China and am encounting little issue with it . So I report the issue to my friend and he is not giving me any reply please I wanted you to help me out .
The issue is that when recording the recording stop anytime you try to go Back or go to the main menu on your phone and for this issue I can’t do anything on my phone when recording.

The Main problem is that only records 8 SECONDS when motion detection is activated and the camera detects motion ! If yiu want to record more than 8 secinds you need to make PAYMENT in the app !!!
Put a card în the camera, and check the time on the local storage.
Garbage camera, dont buy it. It bugs a lot and you have to keep reseting
