Seen here is ‪@amtrak‬'s Vermonter train 56 arriving at its northern terminus in St. Albans, VT, with P42DC 130 (Phase II Heritage Unit) on the point during a warm and soggy late evening. I was onboard the train since Philadelphia, and we ended up arriving at 10:20 PM that night due to numerous weather-related speed restrictions along the route.
