Fun fact, the other vocalist is Howard Jones who was in Killswitch engage to. Jesse who is now the current vocalist of Killswitch Engage. So you have two vocalist who were from the same band collaboration. Jesse join first, then left, so Howard jones took over but then left, then Jesse came back to take Howard Jones Spot
Huge fan of the band but I have to say Howard Jones was the best. His voice is amazing.
Jesse had family issues so he tagged Howard in and 3 albums later Jesse was all good so Howard tagged out because Jesse was the OG

@@TheGregFrost None of that is accurate but alright. Jesse had mental health issues and had to back out after only one album. Howard took over and made a name for the band and himself. Howard was diagnosed with diabetes that had gone unnoticed for years and had to take time off to get his health back in order. Adam and the rest of the band got impatient and brought Jesse back in AFTER doing an album under another name called Times of Grace.
Jesse Leech with the mohawk is their lead vocalist. He was the original lead vocalist until he ruptured his vocal cords. I believe it was around 2003, maybe 2004. After that, Howard Jones, the other vocalist in the video, took over until just a few years ago. He had to stop touring for a while. I believe it was diabetes that made him step down. Since then, Jesse has been able to get back on as the lead vocalist. For a while, it was thought that his voice would never recover because of how badly he damaged it. Howard has also been able to get back into touring shape with his new project, Light The Torch. Seeing both of them in the video for the first time when it originally came out blew my mind. I remember seeing some footage of both of them on stage shortly before Jesse quit the first time. It was magic. Seeing this after almost 15 years since that footage was a straight up miracle. They mesh so well together. I'm glad you enjoyed KSE. "My Last Serenade" is another one of my favorites from them. It's from their early work in the early 2000s. If you get a chance, I would strongly recommend it. Keep it metal. \m/
Glad you enjoyed them, classic metalcore band. You unfortunately have no ideia how awesome was to see both vocalists together. It was a big surprise since the video doesn't mention Howard in the title, and at the moment when he came in was just...overdose of nostalgia.
Ig you liked this kind of sound I highly recommend to check out Polaris - Lucid, amazing band that also has this dynamic of growls and cleans.
For real man. I still get chills everytime Howard comes in. All the bickering aside, they're both so amazing and vital to the development of the Killswitch we have today. Love them both.
The whole album Atonement is absolute fire in my opinion
I'm in the military, and I use "I can't be the only one" as my motivation song when I'm doing the plank for my PT test. I know that if I can make it through the solo, I aced the plank.
Atonement is great But Equally Great is Atonement B-Sides. Should been a Deluxe Album much like Avenged Sevenfold The Stage and The Stage Deluxe Edition with an Entire Album of Music Including covers of Pink Floyd Wish You Were Here, and Del Shannon Runaway. Check it out!

Such and amazing band. first band that really got me into metal. jesse is the old vocalist (mohawk and tattoos). he was in KSE from 1999-2002. he left due wanting to start a family and also battling depression. Howard Jones (Bald and tattoos) replaced him in 2003 and was with the band until late 2011 where he said he had to leave for his health. Jesse returned shortly after re-auditioning and has been with the band since 2012. Jesse went on to say that Killswitch Engage is equal parts himself and Howard even though Howard is not with the band.
Mikey Z gave a semi Vague visualization this Song is Epic because It is Jesse original vocalist who left Howard Jones was his replacement who was with the Group for a Long time. Jesse came back and Howard left and became close friends with Jess so much they did this song and Several others on Tour With Killswitch Engage. Also Howard has since formed Light The Torch an Incredible band in its own rights! Revival is badass album........ Any fan of Killswitch should love Light the Torch as Well.

Edit: I think the first time I heard KSE was 2001 on the Headbanger's Ball cd from that era, 6th grade lol.
As a huge KSE fan for around 20 years now, that little part where you see the back of Howard's head, then him gripping the mic STILL gives me goosebumps every time. And that brofist later on.. Words fail me.

It's literally satirical, it's to make fun of everyone who titles their stuff with some obscure title like "Producer reacts" for example but doesn't really give much insight with it. Egirl is a term that loads of people know and it's supposed to be cringe and obscure, not hard to comprehend sweetheart
And please don’t do any of these overplayed KSE songs. There are far better than songs than them. And this is one of the good ones!
