I would recommend to focus on treating patients, not so much on publishing treaties. The patients yield high scores, both for removing the grief-layer and healing. And they have special abilities. In my opinion "Kafka" is the strongest patient, because you don't have to care for the colour of the insights any more.

Nope, for automa you only use heart tracker to cure the patient (unless you are using this special ability from dasboard tile - third row, first column - in that particular case you are curing with the use of dream card).
I notice when you draw the treatise cards, you are playing it immediately face up. Unless I can’t see something from the high zoom level of your camera, you can’t play the card you draw. It goes into your hand and you have to choose that specific action later to play it. Unless the face up cards I see under your player board are NOT in play then you’re doing well in this solo playthrough

ID should treath patient every turn ends if it has heart shape boxes earnt.
