- Here is the fourth and final part of our interview with the unforgettable Sanjay Mortimer. Please enjoy this final episode. @18:50 The value of the maximum possible pressure inside the nozzle:
If we have a maximum force of 80N and a ring shaped area it pushes on, then we can calculate fairly easy:
The ring shaped area with an outer diameter of ø1,8mm and an inner diameter of ø0,4mm has an area of ~1,1mm². When we divide the Force by the area, then we receive the pressure as a result.
p=F/A=80N/1,1mm²=87,96N/mm²=879,6bar=879,6MPa (which is very high! Steel only has a tensile strength of 310N/mm² (mild steel) - 1300 N/mm² (tool steel)
Is this realistic? Would a steel wire with a diameter of 1mm deform if 8kg are applied? But how can the nozzle withstand this, if it has only 310 to 460 MPa (N/mm²)? It's because the nozzle has more than 1mm² to resist the pressure.
I guess my math is wrong anyways because I quit math a few years ago...
But I really need the Revo! The most awesome product of the most awesome company with the most awesome people and the most awesome founders!

I rewatched the @19:26 part, and I think he meant with "fight for yourselfes" that you have to choose the winner. Perhaps give the others a few more weeks to react and If no other entries are made I would be so happy and so thankful if I could be the winner.

It's not up to me, it never was up to me. Even thinking I'd scam viewers is disheartening. You don't know me and yet you've already drew conclusions about who I am and I how I run a business. That's not okay. As I told you previously, it was not up to me.
