A beautiful soul always keeps it's beauty, it can never be lost and it can have a greater and more positive impact on other people. I have so many times met people in my life, that one wouldn't call "beautiful", but their minds, their personalities, their soul were so radiant. I feel Father Sun upon my face, knowing that He charges my Heart with the Fire to transform and move, Heal and Progress with Honoring... I reach for the Water, touching my forehead and my tongue, as She moves through the depths of Mother Earth to the Sea, and I thank Her for holding my Life with such harmony within me and around,about me each day....Blessed be:)

iF you want to 'meditate' but find it difficult, here is a 'trick' one of my Teachers taught me" First, find a place that you can use consistently (the Mind 'likes' that repetition); if you can set a timer (on your phone?) for one minute after slowing your breathing, hit the timer and then Center on watching your breath.....do this for about 3-5 days - ONLY for one minute! THEN, set everything up as before but first tell your Mind,"Hey you did a 'minute' meditation, right? Can you give me another minute?" The MInd knows that it can do one minute so, you're just adding a 'minute'to the minute you did before.... so you do TWO minutes for 3-5 days.........then repeat, adding 'just a minute':)

This helped me release some bottled up emotions. I had no idea just how much I needed to cry rn. It also helped motivate me to keep writing again. I've been unable to make myself for the past month or so.

The sun will fill, this forest of dreams,.. a fauna of delight, thats in between,... all the mystik and wonder , before our eyes, timeless reflections, in this paradise,... the shadows of the moon, fill the days and nights, natures overload, within these sights,..I follow the way, to somewhere green, I blow away the mist ,in between, ....the life that lives, amongst the wood, all the creatures abound, misunderstood,..I hold my arms out, far and wide, to this spiritual door, and smile, and hold out , my calming hands, and greet the spirits ,in these colourful lands....I open my eyes , and feel the awe, peace and tranquil, to my core.....
