He almost got the size of Woody Marks. I’m good with this move, but hopefully we can see more of Bryan Jackson in the rotation. Hopefully Jackson will see some play time at the Vegas bowl.
I know things are very frustrating. But this college-pro chaos is why Nick Saban left coaching. We need character guys to contribute -- not just those seeking a quick buck.
Skill players are great anywhere this guy is good the only difference from San Jose state and Mexico at from power 6 conference is the trenches this guy would thrive at any program. If the OL is good he will thrive.
Oh please he is a poor version of woody ; not big, not blinding speed , weAK competition, did nothingfor three years Iowa state. And of course we didn’t even try to sign justice; watch him go to a playoff team. Another b- signing by a desperate behind the curve cheap 6-6 team that lost many recruits to more competative programs and has many players-and now 2 coaches !- leave in past two weeks . Stop the nonsnese, this program continues to slide. Thsi si a solid backup; not the Rb you make the playoffs with.h and by the way, he isn’t even signed yet !!
Seem to me like we getting leftovers. Just like last year. There was better and more talented RB like. Justice Haynes - Alabama Wayshawn Parker - Washington State Kayne Udoh - Army Ahmad Hardy - Monroe Terion Stewart - Bowling Green
@@rahb2096 I don’t think the issue was pass blocking. Its something deeper going on in that locker room. Riley lost momentum and its nearly impossible to get it back.
@ don’t think you watched him play then. Lots of rb can run the ball few can stay on the field become an asset in pass protection and catching. He also got less snaps cause he fumbled a few time early you can’t turn the ball and expect to play
RB. Great, necessary. VERY necessary after Q = quitter But the OL is being ripped open like the Titanic, and without Henson somebody better double-check the few players we have left before we wind up with a rotation of FRs and walk-ons. Good luck, Zack Hmmm. BSPN's first line about Team Dress-up: "Oregon is undefeated thanks to its strength in the trenches, with Harmon and Conerly leading the way." (PLEASE write that down, Coach LR) You guys remember "USC LOCK" Josh Connerly? Yeah, he made a name for himself at USC the way Penei Sewell did: Playing great for the Quacks after we let him get away. Meanwhile, almost all the Blue Chippers who DID sign with us the past 6 seasons (8 seasons?) have been pretty impotent (No, NOT impoRtant). Hard to remember the good ones because Paris Helton made me NOT want to watch. We've been ignoring the trenches for a decade, scrambling for Portal for another Stevie T and failing, flailing.
Oh! Silly me. The way to go about getting Cali players is first having them go to Iowa, then New Mexico, and THEN come to SC. 😂 Makes total sense now. …WTF?!? ✌️Fight On (anyway)
@@rocfitness5747 I came of age watching USC footbal in the mid 90’s and early 2000’s. To see USC fans cheering about a transfer from UNM is unbelievable. I hope they can figure it out because USC football was awesome.
So now you think this guy is the solution at RB? TOO SMALL . This guy will not last in the Big 10. This only tells me Riley is going to pass 90% of the time next year. This is a vicious cycle SC is in. Year after year they are mediocre. Riley pumps everybody up in the summer and lays an egg in the fall. Same old stuff Helton did. I will be watching Tennessee for now on. My second favorite team ever. Josh Hempl is a good coach who wants to be physical on both side of the line.

lol wtf Joyner left because he was under utilized and Riley is scared of a run game.
I’m hoping he has hands like woody bc that rb pass bailed us out a lot
Yaaaaaawnnnnn. USC shopping at second hand stores while real teams get P4 players
What are you talking about every single transfer portal running back we brought in has done a great job
Delusional. You find gems and coach them up. Not every D1 player is a bonifide stud just because they came from a top school. Ahem, Bear Alexander.
New Mexico? Better off just keeping Quinton!
Still don't see line of scrimmage dudes ....
Fight on!
✌🏻
finally good news. Keep them coming.
Why don’t they use the two freshmen they got a year or two ago! Peterson, Jackson?
Cause their selfish and just want transfers
They are not reliable receivers. Riley insists on a good out of the backfield receiver, and rightly so.
Upgrade from Q he has the experience that Q didn't have,he avg.
7.2 ypc with nice hands
The portal has been open for 10 days, and we have 1 RB and 1 CB. Goodness.
Yeah not great
Welcome home Eli
You know we're cooked when we're celebrating raiding San Jose and New Mexico St. for tailbacks...
SC wants to be a Mid Tier football program like those schools

Where else you gonna steal them ? School doesn’t matter, it’s about what they can do for you. Get your head out your a**.
I guess you don't pay much attention to the ranks of the NFL, as the league is full of players from schools you've never heard of.
@@destinyreturns4885 exactly they think jay cuz skill players went to mountain west schools they’re trash smh
He’s actually a lot better than a lot of people realize
7.2 yards a carry will equal out to about 5 yards a carry in the big ten
Hopefully he will add value to the team. Fight on Trojans ✌️.
I think USC still needs to hire an OC if they want to fix the issues
agree and a GM
Clearly LR will not pay for the position. What happens if he or any other recruit lives up to expectations. Will LR pay or go on to the next.
Quinton Joyner was an 11.2 100m guy. Eli was 10.7. I’ll take that top end speed.
Joyner ran 10.99 in the summer of 2021 after his soph year.
@@CinqueMalcolm Are you confusing that time with his faster brother Quintaelyn?
This is actually a great pick up

We need two after joiner left
He needs 10 pounds. He needs to plate 205.
Hi Gabe -- Any chance we can re-sign Michael Jackson III or CJ Williams? They left USC and now they are back in the portal?
LR has shown he’s not opposed to that (Kyle Ford) so I wouldn’t say it’s impossible. I would say Mike Jack is more likely than CJ though
Needs to put on weight for the B10
Joyner to Texas Tech like come on we couldn’t work with him Fugg LR
Emmanuel is coming back!!!!
Can he play DT?
I won the heisman with this kid in NCAA25 online dynasty lol
So this dude will be at this 3rd college in 3 years? This is the problem with CFB these days.
That's the norm now with NIL and no multi year contracts
Seem to me like we getting leftovers. Just like last year. There was better and more talented RB like.
Justice Haynes - Alabama
Wayshawn Parker - Washington State
Kayne Udoh - Army

7.2 not bad
SIGNED I assume
😬
Scraping the bottom for this one. You can't convince me he will be better than Joyner. smh
Well Joyner couldn’t pass block for his life so there’s that
@@rahb2096 if he's good enough for Ohio State he is more than good enough for a 6-6 USC team. Pass blocking is taught.
