The St Andrew's Band Fireworks Factory of Luqa Malta manufactures a large variety of traditional maltese multi-break shells. This is a tour of the facility whilst manufacturing fireworks for the 2013 Festa.

Why do they spike everything with 5 miles of twine? Looks like overkill. But they do a great job.

Obviously, they've decided that it's more efficient/cost-effective/better than multiple layers of paper pasting, which would be the other common means of achieving confinement
