CBI में सबसे ज्यादा resignation दिए जाते हैं। Govt. को seriously इसपर ध्यान देना चाहिए और कमियों को सुधारना चाहिए। देश की सबसे premiuim investigating agency के ऐसे हाल हैं सोचो क्या ही efficiency रह जाएगी। अगर employees को problem है तो govt infrastructure सुधारे, cadre system लेकर आए, सुविधाएं बढ़ाएं, leave system improve करे, staff shortage को कम करे। इंसान अगर अपनी family को ठीक ठाक time दे पाएगा तो उसका मन काम करने में भी लगेगा, और organisation की efficiency बढ़ेगी।

Even if you mention job details and after selection resign from your current job, how does that make a difference? Who would question you why you resigned? You can resign whenever you want if you don't want technical resignation but make sure you leave after getting proper relieving letter from your department else you can't join other department

pay protection asani se mil gya tha aapko...means same basic pay pe join kiya aapne gst?
Lower pay grade pr kia hai.CBI Inspector 4800 grade pay se GST Inspector 4600 grade pay. Milna chaiye pay protection...abi to LPC nai aai h to salary b nai aai h
