Pre-2011 Golden era of FIFA. Every game felt amazing for its time. 2011 - 2014 Silver era of FIFA. Quite a few complaints surfaced from the FIFA community. Still good. 2015 - 2018 Significant decline. More and more disappointment with the product. 2019 - 2020 Pretty horrible. Poor gameplay and scripting destroyed the game.

PES was always impressive especially in Nigeria but things changed when PS3 console was released. there was a radical shift from PES to FIFA and the Nigerian market won't look back.

BTW FIFA was not released on Playstation in 1993, FIFA International Soccer was released on the Sega Mega Drive in 1993, Playstation One came out in 1994/5 so the first game on the Playstation One was FIFA 96,I have FIFA 98 on PSX.. :) I have 17,18 and 19 on PS4 only because I liked the Journey,it was different,than just playing Football all the time,you saw what was going on in there lives as they played football,it was a good idea.Seen the life of a Football Player. I never bought Fight Night before until Fight Night Champion came a long, It was a brilliant game because it has a story in it. so FIFA is just FIFA without the Journey,its just like FIFA 16 to me just with better graphics.
