@luminousrogue4957 true but its hard over vc to notice when someone is actually done and some grace needs to be given when someone's second language is English. For pirate to immediately jump to you're interrupting me when the conversation comes down on him, it's unfair when he's been saying this is all your fault during and after the wipe
@luminousrogue4957 No lies were told. Pirate had the floor 2x longer than yamato and couldn't stand to hear him speak (potentially) because he doesn't care about anyone's perspective but his own. I somewhat agree, but I think it was more of the "I'm done with this group, it's fubar completely, and not worth ever interacting with" I have met a LOT of players and groups, that give the same warning signs as all in that group did over just vibes. idiots like that, are to be avoided at all cost in regular gaming, but ESPECIALY in hc mode. He could have even zoned completely out of the instance, then back in, and dropped them a portal. He intentionally killed them. Smirking while doing it
I would have one ticked that blizzard as well once I noticed no one was tanking the boss and it was running right at you and the healer. Boss was seconds from deleting the healer there before the druid in cat form killed an add that was following yamato and moved on to DPS boss, pulling aggro by accident. We see him as a bear, but that's after eating the boss melees for a few seconds in cat form. Since when does "run" mean "leave your group behind and don't even try to help them"? Bot mage. Usually, run means run out as a group (look how everyone else is trying to help each other). As a mage there is literally no risk is trying to help either, its not like he's gonna get one shot... he can just stay far and blink when needed. The fact that he doesn't even try is the problem, even if he's a noob (i don't know him as a player). "No mana" is of course bs. He has gem, and besides-- frost nova and rank 1 spells costs basically nothing. He has 1600+ mana when they start running.
In most groups, that are friends, and have a good vibe, I would agree, but given their horrible cooperation, and dogshit previous attempts, a panicked "run run run" call, becomes a "every one for themselves" in context of a pug, which this seems to be. In a group of friends, or people who cooperate well with each other, I would agree it does not mean "every man for himself", but not when NO ONE, should have ever entered the instance together at all, that was how bad they ALL where, frankly, with how bad at the game, how little spatial awareness, and how little they all cared, it was a foregone conclusion that the group would fail horribly.

Pirate roached and then got his panties in a bunch saying he did nothing wrong bla bla bla and Soda demoted him from Mage to glorified shadow priest with a frost shield. /yawn
So, I don't know if they are just milking this for the drama it provides or what, but here's my take. Everyone keeps saying these people are veteran players. There isn't a single veteran who doesn't understand a DM tribute run. You do not fight on or at the top of that ramp as a veteran tank (tank fail). You do not go down that ramp and fight that pull as a DPS (Druid fail). You do not call bail and run if that isn't your role (rogue fail). You don't ignore interrupts on a caster on that ramp (group fail). You do not run out and not help your group escape as a control class (mage fail) as you have the most ways to stay alive (if you burn that ogre mage you have the most chance to live out of the entire group). One person (tank or healer) should have taken control of what the group was doing when they fell back to the first ramp and were trying to survive prior to the Druid proximity pulling an additional group by not staying tight on the wall you came up on (druid fail). The only one who played like a champ was the priest. Other than that, the whole group (minus priest) was to blame for this outcome. The only additional thing I would add, is if the Mage is playing the "im the guild enchanter" card, he shouldn't be in any challenging content from here on out. Period. This is manufactured drama, or over stated skill of players who completely failed to understand the instance they were in. You absolutely cannot fail this spectacularly on a DM tribute run and claim to be veteran players.
Who is saying these are veteran players? Where did you hear that? No one in that group is a veteran player (in terms of vanilla) other than the mage Pirate, who mostly just claims that because his father and him worked at blizzard back in the day. Other than that they are all either complete noobs to the game (yama) or are noobs to vanilla/hc (snupy)
literally this. First of all they could have just killed that pull. It might have looked scary but the first pull was like 2 skills away from dying, and literally all the dogs would have died with a second blizzard. Both mage or rogue could have cc´ed the second ogre pulled making it only boss +1 ogre in like 20 seconds flat. The rogue could literally just have distracted the boss afaik and prevented it from even entering the fight directly at that time. even if not clearing from the left as a group, there was enough space to the left that they could have just commited and pulled both packs there so the boss can run past them up the ramp. They have more than enough silences for that one. The Druid didnt need to pull the first pack to deal a little more damage, and if he didnt asspull that second pack down the stairs even with pirate roached out of range they could have still all survived this pretty easily. Its totally reasonable to call Pirate out for his mistakes both ingame and as a person with quite an ego. But trying to pin the deaths on him that he could have saved, but 3 people could have saved ahead of him just as easily is just lazy. Rip Sara for being the only g in this run and having to pay the price for running that second run with this group and listening to yamatos call to heal.
the main issue is that pirat's refusal to help and readjust to the new call was a conscious, strategic choice. no amount of bickering over mechanical proficiency is worth pursuing because his mindset is fundamentally wrong for hardcore group activities. if enchanting is so fucking important, sit in orgrimmar and never raid.
It looks so obvious the guy doesn't even consider the possibility of helping, straight up running as far as possible while shaking his head looking at chat, and he did that in both clips, that's an obvious pattern. No point even arguing with someone who doesn't even care
The clip of him saying Yam was trying to blame someone else so he doesn't have to blame him self is so good I honestly couldn't believe it when I heard it.

Blizzard has 1k mana cost, he used all his mana to channel blizzard for maybe one tick and it didnt even hit half of the mobs. Use literally any other spell instead of doing that
Everyone acknowledges that whose at fault is irrelevant in this situation. The issue is Pirate's attitude. When people point out that attitude, his defenders keep coming back with "it's not his fault".
pirate was against sara getting to join at 60 instead of lvling a fresh toon and now he says "lets wait" as he watches them die and smirks the main enchanter argument is so ass, you have like 7 people with the same enchants and 300
Hes already shaking his head before hes asked "where are you walking bro?" like he had his mind made up that the group was a lost cause in general, then when he realised maybe he could help, instead of trying to save anyone, he burned his mana and doubled down to prove his point. Ofc at that point he didnt want the situation to look like it could be saved because then it would mean he made a mistake. Basically wanted to be able to say "I told you so" instead of helping anyone in the group 😂
This guy is an embarrassment for himself, imagine playing mage for 20 years and mouse clicking button and not even casting ONE frost nova or having rank 1 blizzard key bonded. Massive noob, he can’t possibly think so high of himself that’s not possible fr
To be fair here at 23:54 - They could have killed the mob, but that wouldn't make much of a difference. They have a mage in the group, so the 4 teammates obviously thought an ice nova/blizzards would be enough to deal with the dogs/few ogres. Sure the caster would be casting, but even then the mage could have CC'd.. they probably didn't expect this play though but they definetly expected help from the mage with novas. This is bare minimum mage expectation, the main reason you bring them
The Druid had two options on the first butt pull: A) Move behind mob to backstab ability and agro nearby monsters, or B) Do less damage by using normal attack on front side. They honestly were on track to all survive until the second butt pull, which added another pack of hyenas and swarmed the priest/druid.
Literally, everyone dogpiling on pirate when Snuppy killed Sara and himself with that butt pull due to not running. They were just fine with the initial bad pull
No one is arguing about who made the initial mistakes that caused the crisis; the drama is about how Maldavius Figtree ("Piratesoftware") roached out when he could have used R1 nova/cone/bolt/sheep to CC and help kite all the adds as the group escaped together, and *then* instead of admitting this fact "Thor" (Jason Hall) acted like he knows everything and couldn't have helped at all *and later* stated that he couldn't risk his character because he is such an important and valuable enchanter...
Got to love the deafening silence when they leave the dungeon. The two people who survived are just dealing with the adrenaline while roachsoftware is just waiting for a chance to shift the blame and dip out. The second anyone opens his mouth out comes a paragraph of excuses and gaslighting about how the rogue is mad.
I have 300 Enchanting / 300 Tailoring. I am one of the primary enchanters in the guild. I have hundreds of large brilliant shards in my bank. We'd lose all of this as a guild if I die.
13:56 I noticed this in several other clips, but this is the first from the druid and the only one that confirmed it. No one had the boss, and it was about to kill the healer, which is probably one reason why pirate likely did that one tick and then noped the heck out. The pirate wasn't targeting it either, so I couldn't tell if it was him or her, but it was running at him and the healer at the time with the tank nowhere near it. Snupy may have ended up pulling the pack that ended up actually wiping the group, but the group would have wiped anyways here if he hadn't agroed the boss by dpsing it in cat. 14:25 You can see right here in the lower left where the pack gets pulled. Honestly, they should have never stopped where they did, and this is the pull that actually killed the healer. They were way too focused on killing things rather than getting out. If they had kept moving and never pulled that pack everyone would have made it out alive. Pirates a rat though.

Yeah the only person who should be holding W is the tank but that's because they should be at the back and have the enemies on them.
He was burning mana on purpose with the shield and extra blinks
They have about 10 high level guild enchanters. It's just an excuse for being a rat.
Sara is a true giga chad, he saved Snupy on the first run with his party invite and saved Ozy on the second run. He's the only one that didn't mess up and who helped till the end in both cases.
True, but they also made the other players feel their skill level was higher than it was. Sara made it look salveagable but the dps got indecisive and were doing no damage. Double edge sword and it got them killed sadge. That fear was insane though. They got like 4-5 mobs
Pirate roached and then got his panties in a bunch saying he did nothing wrong bla bla bla and Soda demoted him from Mage to glorified shadow priest with a frost shield. /yawn
I’ve never seen someone get a more perfect set of context clips in order, whoever is the mod that controlled that needs to be permanently hired
Amen
20 minutes in and this is wild how good the watch order was, I kneel
Ok, Ed.
@ Just about every single person who’s posted their reactions to this video mentions that they’re all good players… This one included..
literally this.
Nobody is saying that it's Pirate's fault. It's how he acted after the fact that people have a problem with.
"I did nothing wrong" ❌
"I did nothing" ✅
I'm pretty sure if this roach Mak'gora'd someone he'd end up with a coward Debuff
Max rank blizzard for 0,1 second. 0 novas, 0 sheeps. As a mage main this makes me mad lol.
Perma blinks to waste mana😂
If Pika was on the mage no one dies
idk pika is the vanish guy too
That group lives with even Lacari
If my grandma was on the mage no one dies
Pika killed his own group member with vanish
Replace any member in that situation with pika and no one dies besides maybe healer
The funniest thing to come out of all of this is the fact that someone changed the Roach picture on wowpedia to PiRATes face 🤣🤣
the main issue is that pirat's refusal to help and readjust to the new call was a conscious, strategic choice. no amount of bickering over mechanical proficiency is worth pursuing because his mindset is fundamentally wrong for hardcore group activities.
if enchanting is so fucking important, sit in orgrimmar and never raid.
yep he griefed on purpose. idk how no one can see that
It looks so obvious the guy doesn't even consider the possibility of helping, straight up running as far as possible while shaking his head looking at chat, and he did that in both clips, that's an obvious pattern. No point even arguing with someone who doesn't even care
so pirate doesn't mute his mic when he is talking to his chat? LMAO. dude is really full of it.
pika going so light on pirate because he wants his crusader enchant lmfaaoooo
100% but fr though why mage didnt poly? :P
2:20
OMG BRO I FORGOT HE SAID THAT LMAOOOOOOOOOO
ONLY THING BRO HARDENED UP WAS HIS BLINK KEYBIND FROM PRESSING IT SO MUCH
lol dude
The clip of him saying Yam was trying to blame someone else so he doesn't have to blame him self is so good I honestly couldn't believe it when I heard it.
Lmaoooo
He just needs to say he doesn't like Yamato and didn't want to help him bc he got annoyed. You can clearly see he is doing some kind of punishment because THEY messed up big time so they should get their punishment and learn their lesson. Insane sense of self worth for a nepo baby knowitall zzzz
Snoopy has the mature and level headed take that pirate needed to have.
He states I take lots of the blame on this. He knows he made a mistake also but won't ignore that Pirate made many mistakes and easily could've salvaged the scenario.
Salvage what? Snuppy pulled the first group with the boss and the third group too, he WAS the literal reason why him and the priest die, brother.
Also who the f sprints in stealth to get close to mobs in hardcore if he had sprint up he would’ve lived. Stop blaming others for your fkin actions and waiting for wonders from the mage
Also if the rogue blinded the mage and the gouged the melee from that extra pull they could’ve lived too but he was too busy flaming the mage like a true league player he’s
@hatinguh I haven't seen him act like he did nothing wrong. Sure, the rogue could've done some and maybe helped also. No one is saying everyone else is perfect. Quiet the opposite, everyone is saying they messed up, including Pirate, who easily could've saved them all.
He literally is on video days ago talking up all the other mages need rank 1 yada yada lol
@@Dskinny23 bro check the rogue’s pov before jumping into conclusions, he was the loudest one that did absolutely nothing while he was shouting at Pirate. Tbh after these pulls i would ditched them too , there’s absolutely no way a group could be this retarted (they were farming drama)
@@Dskinny23 you havent seen him doing nothing wrong???brother check his pov he was roaching harder than Pirate, the only difference was he was staying closer because hes a rogue with vanish 😂😂😂
Pirate disassociating from responsibility in this dungeon harder than I do in my real life.
Responsibility? His idiot teammates pulled adds by accident and the tank doesn't know how to position. They called "run" and half of them dorked around instead of just running. Pirate was 100% correct to abandon them.
@@paulmd7747 he can just save everyone with rank1 blizzard. also run does never mean full abandon your group.
@@paulmd7747 Bad player detected. They could've pulled the entire dungeon and it would not matter to a mage with a functioning brain and a pulse. What are these delusional takes man, beginning to lose what little faith I have in the wow playerbase.
"i cant die here, im more important than you"-software
that's wild
The roach that was heard around the world.. pirate roachware
Making a mistake is how we get better. Denying that we made a mistake reveals to the world our true character.
Pressure is a teacher and a revealer. Today, Pirate rejected the responsibility to learn from pressure, but in doing so revealed to the world many things about himself.
Imagine you lose your level 60 character because the mage got offended so he let your character die lol piRATe is an egomaniac
how many hours are down the drain..? crazy , not a person id do dng with speacilly in a guild
@@wilddude4205 For example, soda has been grinding nonstop since he died on his warrior and it took him about 145 hours to get to 60. Now add to that all the farming for gear and professions, it’s probably a good 200-250 hours+ put into the character.
@@thizlam4810 rip sara for playing with 4 dysfunctional animals that EACH could have saved or prevented the situation on their own
"I'm not shot caller. I got less experience than you. And even I can still see to use frost nova there" LOL. So savage and true.
then don't try to call shots in the first place, 2 ppl died to his moronic antics over comms
Dude is litterally sipping water calmly right after Snupy dies.... He might even be enjoying this.
Snupy's attitude is soooo damn good!!!!!
ahmpy the goat. Everyone is to blame. They went through mid, tank didnt pull back, druid butt pulled, rogue misused his entire kit, but pirate... left the team to die. A huge perk to bringing a mage is their ability to control the mobs. He ran like a coward and deserves all the hate hes getting. He's not a team player and the BIGGEST issue is he's trying to justify his roaching and doesnt see any problem at all with his actions.
"Justifying his roach" is an interesting way of watching him defend himself against Yamatos non stop blaming.
Going right back in there after the first run is absolutely fried
This is actually the best coverage of everything in one video
This is wayyy too charitable.
i think you guys need to save pirate since he is the primary enchanter and raids are very risky, it might be too risky for him as he is too important, actually bench him from all dungeons thats probably too risky too, he is the primary enchanter of the guild after all, actually nevermind he should be banned from leaving orgrimmar he might die to gravity or a lvl 1 boar, might be too risky
that whaaz clip is so hilarious xD pikaboo just can't let go hahahaha
“Workplace accident” has me weak
Carhartt WIP
Bro, I love Snupy. He's so cool and chill and nice. Sad he bit it, but he lives the heroes life, and heroes end up having to make sacrifices.
Group is all noobs. Every no-life vanilla enjoyer knows that you NEVER run across the courtyard.
You take the right-most alley, mark the patrol, avoid the patrol, clear the small packs.
Even tho none of this should've happened, Pirate could've saved the day. But he got scared and played for himself like a coward.
fr, I thought I was a noob in a dad guild during classic but we always did this with no permadeath on the line lol
"Two roaches on my team that's kinda crazy though" that's the highlight of all this drama. I'm rolling 🤣
Doesn't nova when run is called, blinks away instead, turns around and uses a max rank blizzard for one tick, blinks again despite being the furthest away from the mobs and has no agro then says "what am I supposed to do, I have no mana" with mana pots, robes and gem off CD. I can't believe he is denying the fact that he roached tf out of there. 😂
Had to use the mana somehow, otherwise what excuse would there be? 😂
Pirate not using rank 1 spells when having 1k plus mana btw lmfao
Yeah, I think my thought process is Pirate just would refuse to be wrong even if he is. He is very condescending and talks to people like they are beneath him.
Pirate: 24:26 *casts max rank Blizzard as group is dying*
Also Pirate: 31:00 "you need to be using rank 1 Blizzard"
he couldn't say that because ego. it's that simple. he think he's way better than he actually is and he thinks his life is more important than anyone elses (hence why he brought up being an enchanter).
no one will party with roachware now. he can become an npc in org providing enchants. nothing more.
I’d sac myself for the grp here as a streamer 😂 honestly i think everyone should live here with a competent mage, if you don’t get turned on by situation like this as a frost mage, you are playing the wrong class, but he is not responsible for the pull tho.
@@kaydens6964 i love this take. he was braggin before about the best moments being when he locks in to save everyone.
The best take on this whole situation, others were just dogpiling for free clout. Thats why you're the goat
Everyone makes mistakes. It's how you respond to them that shows how you really are lol. I think people would've been more cool with this if his attitude was different after.
Absolutely! Yamato especially, and everyone else would have liked a sincere apology!
This 100%. If he was more humble no one would have cared.
Congratulations, Pika. Any claim of you being a roach just got atomized by Pi-Rat being an actual gigantic roach.
Certainly a bev worthy moment
19:49 This should' have been the end of it. Yet someone felt virtuous enough to leap into a pursuit for an "apology".
Dude had 0 accountability refuses to be wrong about anything has a narcissistic pretentious attitude about everything its hard to like him.. yes he has a great radio voice and confident but the complete betrayal better be a skit
Unfortunately even his great radio voice is a lie just like the rest of his resume.
Bass boost EQ and conscious tonal change. You can find interviews from a few years where his voice is 3 octaves higher. But he claims his voice dropped at 33 years of age lol.
Unless he's on HRT it's just not possible
goddamn, I haven't spent this much time on TH-cam in literally years. I'm here for it -- thanks for your take ;D (BTW, your evil grin re-watching the clip where you see deaths is priceless)
pirate clearly only cared about himself. Wich is proven when he talks about being the enchanter for the guild.
Blizzard has 1k mana cost, he used all his mana to channel blizzard for maybe one tick and it didnt even hit half of the mobs. Use literally any other spell instead of doing that
I wouldnt be surprised if people are more hesitant to group with him in the future. They can't count on him to help when anything goes wrong.
pirate getting ready to show his enchanting take like "im about to blow your mind" lmaooo
lmao the mage guy has so many options thinks he knows it all and is saying i cant do anything like a moron roach lmfao this guy
"...see you at 60, we can try to play with Pirate again, me, you, Pirate, miz and maybe bean." LOL
Everyone acknowledges that whose at fault is irrelevant in this situation.
The issue is Pirate's attitude.
When people point out that attitude, his defenders keep coming back with "it's not his fault".
Had to sub. This was such a level headed and entertaining take. That last clip of Pirate quintupling down though.... 😬
pirate was against sara getting to join at 60 instead of lvling a fresh toon and now he says "lets wait" as he watches them die and smirks
the main enchanter argument is so ass, you have like 7 people with the same enchants and 300
Hes already shaking his head before hes asked "where are you walking bro?" like he had his mind made up that the group was a lost cause in general, then when he realised maybe he could help, instead of trying to save anyone, he burned his mana and doubled down to prove his point.
This is bare minimum mage expectation, the main reason you bring them
18:17 "I had a 1400 mana" he had like 3,7k lol
@@ignacioc.7255 And snuppy apologized 50 times

@@ThePalo48 If you actually think like this you need to grow up fast lmfao
Got to love the deafening silence when they leave the dungeon. The two people who survived are just dealing with the adrenaline while roachsoftware is just waiting for a chance to shift the blame and dip out. The second anyone opens his mouth out comes a paragraph of excuses and gaslighting about how the rogue is mad.
Finally, the take we've been waiting for🎉
An hour!? Ed you are the man!
Pirate yaps with his mic open 24/7, makes discord hear him in the middle of a DM run, but then rages out because "yam talked over him".
I have 300 Enchanting / 300 Tailoring. I am one of the primary enchanters in the guild. I have hundreds of large brilliant shards in my bank. We'd lose all of this as a guild if I die.
Shouldn't onlyfangs have a guild bank alt? Or is that not accepted? Put all those shards in guild bank.
