MashALLAH jazakallah kheir abaayo. Sister if you are eating lots of greens and other coloured vegetables you will get enough Iron and nutrients from the natural food. But if you are very low in iron then you can treat the deficiency by taking the iron tablets. And if you not low in iron and want to prevent the deficiency then its best to get your nutrients from food and not overload your system with artificial iron as too much iron also has its side effects on the body. A couple of month ago my sister was diagnosed with too much iron floating in her system and she was really sick because of that. she eats healthy but was taking iron tablets with her food because she had same symptoms of someone who is Anaemic. but when doc tested her , she had elevated iron and they put her in iron reduction theraphy.
Fleur De crystal waiyaki walaal, as I mentioned in the video I am low in iron and I remember on day I was doing swimming and became dizzy when I visited my doctor, he told me I would have fainted if I hadn't come. At the time I was eating lot's of fruits and vegetables but not vitamins or iron so since that day till now I take multivitamins+iron and alhamdulilaah no more dizziness.
