i'm very curious how can an insurance company finance your house. Is this even legal in Malaysia? The way it's not shown in CCRIS makes me think that it's not legal at all. I wonder what will happen when BNM starts to look into it
Well you can go investigate it further. But I doubt a company of such scale will be a scam. Therefore after my research I decided to use it, so it’s all good so far. But like you said, when government finds out then one less method to build our portfolio:/

@ ??? Not shown in CCRIS hw can it be legit?? The whole loan thing just disappeared from the credit system?? If thats the case, slowly the thing will burst, causing major impact to the housing and financial market.
Most importantly, AIA is an insurance company, should be providing you insurance coverages not housing LOAN. Its like you go to a fish monger asking to buy fruits. IDK how they manage to do that.
I think this is somewhat grey area, it wont last long especially when ppl are promoting it online.
