I'm from NE La, if u heard about him hvg Covid-19. Yes it's true. But Allen's son-n-law that's on the Duck Room Podcast along with Johnny D. They got Si & his wife to Glenwood Hospital, that's n W Monroe. Christine got released a few days prior to Si being discharged. They said when Si kept using the call button constantly & popping off Jokes, that he cld go hm. He got hm & didn't continue to take meds, bc Si thought he was fine. He started getting weaker. So Jace, Willie with Martin, JOHNNY D & the son-in-law. Brought plates of food daily for Si & his wife, each of them stayed a few nts just to make sure Si wld take his meds. Si now is doing well & will be bk on the Duck room podcast starting middle of this wk or the first of nx wk! Prayers with Family & Friends do help!!
When I use to hunt a bunch of geese down by my house the guy I hunted with had a rice field on both sides of his hay field. He would cut and bale hay and when the wind was blowing really hard especially on those nasty cold rainy days I'd get down behind the hay bales and smoke the fly overs... That's a lot of fun!!!
“You got another one of them shells?” That’s good stuff. He was happy. Don’t feel bad about the one hunt with bad shooting. Last weekend for us we shot horrible. At least I got my first pintail. 😬
I shoot the Benelli Ultralight. I had it dipped to protect it from the elements. It was before they came out with the synthetic Ethos and I just love it.
@@JMartinduckman I figured it was an ethos it ultralight that had been dipped. I’ve got a couple 28’s and love those little guns. Keep up the good work and god bless!!!
No matter where you hunt there's no place better than being on the X. It always pays to take time to study where the birds want to be. It makes you a champion caller next morning.
You guys need to take President Trump duck hunting next year. Even if he chooses to observe and not shoot, what a great picture that paints for my mind.

In a sunflower field in NC, limit out in less than 2 hours.
