Carson Turley most of these guys aren’t big enough/athletic enough to be starters in the league. Kaminsky, Doug, Fredette, etc. are/could all be very solid role players (think Fred VanVleet or JJ Redick) on a good team, they just aren’t complete enough to be a centerpiece. You can disrespect them all you want but it takes more than just hard work or controllable things to be an nba star. You have to have insane God-given measurables to be in the league, even more so to be a starter. These guys fall just a tiny bit short
