I searched for atmel CDC devices and got it from the internet . I do not remember the website url but I have to edit it to make it work .
Meanwhile you may read more about CDC.drivers at :

When you set it up like this, will Pico work with Arduino IDE considering you installed MicroPython on it and apparently Arduino IDE uses C++?

The 'Zadig Tool' also works, search and you should find it. The current version is zadig-2.5.exe Once you have it installed, select your Pico board from its interface, and select the driver type as 'CDC'. if you accidently change the drivers for anything other than your pico board, you can 'roll back' the driver in the device manager.
