Their all good, do what you like safely and work your way up. If your trying to cut down go on a calorie deficit. There are videos on it, look it up. If your just a little bit chubby do not cut down it us much easier to gain mass from a little chub than from a twig with abs. It's better to split things up unless you're very much so lacking in time. It's good to pair things up so doing back/Biceps one day legs/abs the other etc. Personally I do 2 overall upper body days, 1 leg day, and 1 arms day. Make sure to split up your workouts correctly too. Don't do both upper body days too close to each other for example. Ideally you'll wanna start working out 3 days a week or more and then you can up it to 4 later if you want. I have been doing 4 days per week and it's been working great
No easy and quick way, not the answer you want to hear but its true. If you want a high bench progressively overload the muscle, it will take time but work. Every week add more weight or reps always to failure. If you can reach 12 reps of a weight, go 10 pounds higher, adding more sets to an excercise is not progressive overload. Tricep work is a lot of your benchpress so include dips if not already doing. Good luck

I just kept on eating what I ate before for the most part. The only thing i did was I would weigh myself often to make sure I was going in the right direction toward whatever weight goal I had. I also started to focus a bit more on getting more protein in my diet, that's about it

They basically make you lighter which allows you to do a muscle up even if you're not ready for one without any assistance. If you get a band set you can start training with the lightest and gradually move to lighter and lighter bands until you dont need one at all. Also make sure to watch a few videos on what kind of form you'll need

Lower gets enough growth from most excercises, focus on upper chest if you want a good shape, smith machine and dumbells work well if you dont have a spotter, look up videos for form and how to set up. Flat bench is enough for both middle and lower pecs. To finish off the workout do chest flies, machine and cable are much easier to use than dumbells if available. Chest flies will gibe you that overall size to your chest. Never lift too heavy. Never try to break a personal record without a spotter. Make sure you let yourself recover, taking breaks is part of the process. And always, ALWAYS train to failure. Good luck

Forearm isolation isn’t really necessary unless you have high forearm insertions like me and they look naturally small. If you feel like they don’t grow from your pull-workouts, you can try adding hammer curls to your program, which stimulates the brachialis muscle. If you want to look like an absolute unit with huge forearms, do some cable curls (they helped my forearms grow). Hope this helped!
Push, pull, legs. Push day is chest day, flat benchpress with dumbells or a smith machine work well, incline benchpress can have the same equipment. (Feel free to look up terms you dont understand, how to setup an excercise or form on an excercise) chest flies with a cable or machine work to finish off for chest, next triceps. Rope pulldowns and dips should be good. Dont forget to do side lateral raises for shoulders. For every excercise make sure to not go too heavy, an injury is harder to grow than muscle. For evrery excercise do about 3 sets, pushing to failure every time. Dont count warmup sets as real sets. Pull, day aka back day, cable rows, dumbell rows, machine rows any of those will work to target mid back. Lat pullovers for lower lats, shrugs for traps, rear delt machine flies for rear shoulder. And lat pulldowns. Any order for excercises works well but id put rows and pulldowns close together. For biceps standing straight bar curls and seated dumbell curls with the seat slightly seated back. Now legs, the best day. Legpress, do not lock out your knees at the top, look it up, its scarring. Legpress can be swapped with squats if you choose. Quad extenstions, hamstring curls and lying hamstring curls. Deadlift if your feeling brave. Never forget calf raises, any machine works. For protein, there are calculators online, too complicated to write on this comment but you should maintain your protein intake while bulking or cutting. If your tring to lose weight work cardio in with the end of your workouts and eat roughly 500 calories less than you usually do, for bulking its roughly 500 calories more. Plastic wrappers and nutrition facts are now your life. If you are just chubby and tying to lose weight i would recommend maintaining your body weight and increase your protein better than cutting down to a twig that happens to have abs. A huge warning to scams online, there are hundrends of influencers with millions of things to say. Dont belive most of what you see. If theres a product that can make you lose crazy amounts of weight or gain crazy amounts of muscle. Its either a scam or steroids. Neither of which you want to mess with as a beginner. The most researched and proven to work suplement in the industry is creatine monohydrate. NOT HCL. It is helpful but not mandatory. Same as protein powder. In fact i woukd recommend adding a couple sets of abs and other muscles i havent mentioned. Most importantly, this takes time, everybody wishes this process was faster but literally the only thing that can stop it is giving up. The trick to being consistent is to start off slow and ease your way in. Even better with a friend or two. At the end of the day dont take this too serious, the whole point of it is to look good and feel good and to enjoy what life you have left. Good luck.
