I just did a mass make of those ribbons last night. I never thought to use them as tag toppers. Love that idea!

If no one ever thought outside of the box nothing new would ever come into existence, journal making included. Some of the most interesting pieces I have for my paper crafting are due to happy accidents or combining things I never normally would have. I like when you do these and I love them all. Vicki

I just love how you demonstrators make these tags Tina!! I'm learning & having fun watching everyone who makes them. I've made a few, but I think I need to step out of my comfort zone and just go for it & add "stuff" to them. Going to the library to find books I can just cut up & use. I'm now dyeing papers. Love the tags and the topper; so clever to use a wax seal. Sigh, yet another item I sense will need purchasing! Soon my "craft room" , aka four rooms of the house, (no, not kidding) will simply be the entire house! I just love all of these, but especially liked the care you took with the bird one; edging and adding the pops of orange pulled it all together. They are all gorgeous!

So pleased you put the orange stamp and.The orange flower combo on with the kingfishers I was shouting out lOl. Absolutely love it. Very pretty.
My tip: Get a (11Lx8dx5h) tray. ALL paper scraps go in it. Then use the scraps to make snippets or something. I dont believe its about having too many scraps, RATHER ITS better organizing of the scraps. Since I started this process about six months ago- I can honestly say I have used every inch of paper that I purchased with my hard earned money.

Very pretty tags, Tina. I know what you mean about stamps. After seeing you use them, I bought some. There are so many interesting ones from around the world, that I have only been able to use my duplicated stamps. Ha.

Beautiful tags! Love how you were inspired by something you found just lying around & turned it into something so useful - you can never have enough tags lol! The upside down V cut is called a dove tail or "butterflying" the tail of your ribbon here in the U. S. Stay safe!

I have not commented lately, very sorry about that. I have to say that it amazes me how you can take some papers and automatically make something out of it. I am referring to how you pickup a piece of paper and just start to cut and glue. Your work is always amazing thanks for your crafts .

Vintage photo is too orangey for me. My hubby got me tea dye for Christmas and I really like it. That and walnut stain are my faves. ☺️

Haha I've collected British stamps for yrs n was glad wen my son brought home a lot of old stamp albums from the recycling place where he works, which saved my stamp collection but now I find that sum of them I can't use as they're too cute. Love the video x

that's our Canadian loon bird . that stamp is from the 60s . I used collect stamps from all over the world . the one you replaced it with is from Ireland =)

I really must practice and use my wax seal kit more, I always love yours when you do them and think I’ll do some, but when they don’t look as good as yours I put it away again and don’t get it out. Xx

These are very pretty Tina, and I love that your using different colors than just the vintage photo. Not that it's a bad thing, just sometimes it looks cohesive to me. I do hope that you have read my message and looked at the light that I mentioned. If you don't like it that's fine to.
