Oh my gosh…I also get a pinched nerve or some horrid pain after wearing toe spacers regularly. At first I thought it was not due to the toe spacers but every time I wear them it happens and it stops when I don’t wear them. I have Correct Toes and several other brands. I still have not managed to get them adjusted right. I have chopped and chopped. Finally took the baby toe part off completely. I am fed up with them to be honest. I do exercises, walk barefoot a lot and always wear barefoot shoes. I have zero foot pain unless I wear the toe spacers!

I had a pinched nerve when I first tried them but my feet are pretty small so needed to keep trimming until they didnt over-splay. if you dont have bunions, hallux valgus, hammertoes and hwve good alignment and control already… you dont really need them :)

@@KatieBodyFix Unfortunately I do have bunions. I bought a couple other brands of the toe spacers that I will experiment on. I have sort of given up on Correct Toes. They are super expensive too so cannot afford to mess them up. I also found something that just goes between big toe and second toe. This may be a possibility. Luckily my bunions never cause me any pain. In fact, I have had no pain in my feet until using toe spacers.

@@mamabear9389 yeah it’s a slow process for some. My feet still get sore at the end of the day depending on the shoe and how long I was on my feet. Be patient :)

Wouldn’t it be easier if you got the correct size toe spacers for your feet then you wouldn’t have to cut it!!

Hi Timothy. I usually mention correct toes as an option that come in different sizes. I personally do not use them and they don’t work for me. I sell these 1 size toe spacers so that you can modify them to your specific feet’s needs ;)
