- We're visiting a tiny town on the Florida panhandle called Apalachicola, Florida. Today we spend a quiet morning at our lakeside cabin. We relax and enjoy nature, take a walk on the quiet trail nearby, and make plant based food. We also drive a short distance to Stump Hole, a beach on Cape San Blas Road in Port St Joe, FL, and have the whole beach to ourselves! This peaceful day is so relaxing, we know you'll feel good watching it!

If you have not gone, you really would like it. Untouched beaches, horses that live in nature and walking trails all over. You would appreciate the beauty.

You nailed it. That was deer lichen or deer moss as it’s most commonly called here in NW Florida. It is usually found in drier areas and means that you have very good air quality in that area

Yes, Dana, it was all vegan! The noodles were just Top Ramen. Not the healthiest but that's all they had at the super market, lol. You could use any ramen noodle you wanted though. It's a favorite recipe for sure. Thanks for watching and have a great day!!
