This is a very top layer view of ego. Ego is awareness of self, and Jesus was teaching to eliminate it, as best we can. Ego acts as a blindfold, we can often see ego in others but not ourselves. Hence the cloths you wear, and the games you play. The wages of sin is death, the ego within is the evil within, and there's no escaping it or the consequences of it.

Praise God for authenticity, living true to his word and letting Christ die in order we van turn away from our sinful nature, hallelujah! I therefore bind to hell one being too much aware of one's own performance and appearance in my life, the lives of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquitances, opponents and the body of Christ while binding to hell every lack of freedom from to much awareness of one's own performance and appearance while binding one to be more aware about the needs of others, binding to hell every unequal yoke and common share with anyone being too much aware of one's own performance and appearance, in accordance with this word and john 15:12-13, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah ❤!
