I got the Monarch Pro for my S24+ and I have to say its the best phone case I have ever owned. First time owning UAG. Its heavy duty but not like a brick. Still comfortable and very usable.
I got the Monarch Pro Kevlar for my S24U and absolutely love it. I had the same case last year for S23U but in carbon fiber. The notch that you talked about is so useful on the side. So much so that I miss it when I try other cases. Did they send you the magnetic stand that attaches to the Magsafe ring on the back? I've been looking for a video on it ... I might get the wireless charging stand you show in the videos as well. Nice video as always ... #TeamUAG
Otterbox has higher ridges to protect camera lenses.... Though uag, is it hard all around or does it have the squishy feeling like Otterbox outer shell?
@@markknights7905 it's more of hard shell back. The Kevlar/Carbon Fiber Material, between the hard shell sections, gives those cases a bit of flexibility. Plus you have those extended corner areas for cushion protection.
Hey thanks for the review can you give us a demonstration of the Mag wireless charging just wanted to see if the magnetism was strong as one of my former Monarch Pro cases was lacking in Magnetic strength that was for my iPhone 14 pro Max but my latest one will be for the s24 Ultra. I think it might have been something to do with the slipperyness on the mag safe section
I can tell you right now, it's pretty darn strong. That's why I like to put the charging pad, onto the case and swing it around in the video, to show the viewer the magnetic strength.
Am i mistaken or is there barley any raised lip for the sides? When you put the screen protector on did you notice if the side lips actuslly extend past the screen?
Few questions... 1) Is the surrounding material on this case made of rubber or is it just hard plastic? Trying to find a case that's more like the Otterbox as I like the rubber material for not only protection but also grip. Question 2) Do you have any issues with the bottom lip area of this case being kinda loose? Last Question... are you familiar with any cases more like the Otterbox Defender? Something that has a dual layer, with at least rubber material around the sides, magsafe and is more on the high end scale in terms of cost and build quality?
Not familiar with the current OtterBox cases at all. It's been about 8/9 years since I used an OtterBox. The surrounding material is hard plastic, not rubber, The dip areas on the side plus that honeycomb design is what helps with the grip. I have not experienced any loose areas, towards the bottom of the case or cases from UAG. Appreciate your feedback and questions, hopefully you are subscribed, to the team✌️
These cases have minimal protection. only the corners and the sides are safe but the front screen has no protection, the camera screen has no protection. Do better UAG Make full protection cases. I mean yeah you UAG have good looking cases, sturdy rugged cases but they aren't fully protective. If the phone falls from the camera side or the front of the screen then game over. Do what Supcase Unicorn Beetle does, do what I-Blason armor box does, make a cover for the cameras and make the edges of the cases higher. The higher the edges the better the protection

but you need to put a cab;le on the charger so its not completly wireless i call that semi wireless...

The screen protector takes up some height but the lip slightly rises above that, which is good 👍

No screen protector, case and lanyard is all i need i do want full potential from screen... 😅
