Helo Bro I am a Forms / Reports developer, and one of my friend referred your channel then i go through the series. i got amazing result and concept is very clear now. thank you for your valuable time. best of luck bro.
Well explained.. I have another scenario.. What happens if the autonomous transaction has insert into a different table trying to get commit is LOCKED. As per your explanation until autonomous transaction did not get committed, the control will not return to parent transaction. Is this means your PL-SQL block gets hungup.. If so, how we can find it ( either as DBA or Developer )
Could you please make a video on resume the PL/SQL code. I mean the plsql program error occurred on some place, after fix the code need to start from that place.
Hi sir , The video is very informative I have a question regarding this Suppose I have a insert statement followed by create statement and then followed by 2 insert statement if I rollback the transaction what would be the output
DDL statment would automatically commit any transaction happened before, hence only last two inserts will get roll backed keeping the first insert committed
Thanks a lot sir for elaborations. Sir just want to know could we use this in row level trigger to avoid mutating error while writing SQL queries on same table on which trigger can be written. Please advise.
There is a table have a record with numeric and alphabet in a single row, result wants to display number in one row and alphabet in another row? How it is Bro

Hi sir ,
The video is very informative

Sir can you explain for mutating table error with pragma autonmous transaction concept
Sure please stay tuned
If entire parent transaction will be rolled back then what will happen to Create Table statement, as that is also in parent transaction?
DDL are autocommit statement, hence anything before create table will get automatically commited
