Call of Duty: Vanguard is a 2021 first-person shooter game developed by Sledgehammer Games and published by Activision. My wife's grandpa died the other week at nearly 100 years old. He was a teenager when he fought in the battle of the bulge and was one of the few remaining soldiers of that campaign. God bless these heroes and forgive them for what they went through.

Also there's this thing called difficulty settings where you can actually get one shot if your not careful. If realism what you want, then play milsims such as arma, he'll let loose, post scriptum etc. This here is cod. Not the best cod though. What's the point in having realistic graphics if the mechanics are not real? Arcade games just look real. I'd love if they made a new Red Orchestra but more like the first one, slow paced, without acrobatics and any weapon can kill with 1 shot.

As controversial as cod is, the look and feel of the cod games is absolutely unrivaled.
You clearly never played CoD: World at War.
The storyline, soundtrack, environmental story-telling in WaW is realer and grittier than whatever this train-wreck is.
What look and feel are you talking about? That slowly died after the original MW2 and BO1 era. There were a few decent CODs in there after that I guess, but there's still no competition. It completely died with infinite warfare. COD now isn't even a shell of it's former self, calling it that would be a compliment.

Between Jump Masters of WWII, it was the Russian and American troops, the British didn't experiment entirely till near the middle of the war, and the Germans copied the Russian troops from the beginning of the war and slowed Paratrooper training around 1944/45...
