😂 Oh yes the gorgeous gorges as Mark calls them! That was such an EPIC hike but oh my goodness are knees after the descent 😖 The waterfalls were just stunning, so yes it was definitely worth it - glad we’d built up our mileage along our coastline, that really helped. Is this something you would like to do? Thanks for watching - Amanda & Mark 😍
What am awesome Video omg the waterfalls are stunning! The cows on the other hand give me anxiety! Lol.... we have marked this on the map its definitely somewhere we want to visit now. Thanks for sharing 👍
Wasn’t it amazing! Oh bless you, we’re ok with cows although one did come running down towards me that I didn’t see so I did squeal a bit but that was off camera 😂 We cannot recommend the Pyrenees to everybody enough - it was just so lovely, both sides! There is still a lot we didn’t get to see so we will definitely be heading back one day. Thanks for watching 😊
We could sit there in that restaurant and share a bottle of wine with that view 🥰 Not sure all these wiggly windy roads spur me on with much enthusiasm to go…think we need to stick to coastal routes 😍 Jelly snakes are the only snakes we like 🤣 What absolutely stunning waterfalls…amazing scenery. Maybe we do need to risk those wiggly roads 🫣🤣 That gorge, omg how do you walk these routes…the first half was ok, up to that waterfall…but the rest OMG but massively well done some epic views 😍😍😍 but that descent…an adventure, not half 😍 Loved this one for total epicness 😍😍
It was so EPIC!! We have @extrememotorhomingadventures to thank for this one - changed our trip so we could go and do it and so pleased we did. If you get the chance to go you won’t regret it - you could get the bus up to avoid driving the edge of the seats roads, honestly Mark did such a great job, glad Indie is a smallish motorhome! That restaurant with the view was so lovely that we ate their both nights and I bought a couple of bottles of the wine home with me - I honestly don’t even drink wine that much 😂 Not even sure I’m a big fan of jelly snakes 😂
It was definitely harder on that walk 😂 We do a lot of coastal runs/walks but that coming down was a completely different ball game. You guys like big hills/mountains don’t you? You should definitely head there if you can - its such an amazing area! We had a fabulous trip and sadly that was our last day in the Pyrenees and we were then heading back towards Roscoff, with a couple of stops on the way. Thanks for watching 😊
Hi, fabulous 😍 Whereabouts are you thinking of visiting? We loved this trip to the Pyrenees, such a beautiful region and this walk up to the waterfall was just breathtaking! We have also just been to Spain again and spent nearly a week in the Picos de Europa which was great for cycling and hiking as well! Thank you for watching and commenting 😍
@@AdventureswithAmandaandMark So much too see but after few videos of research.. we may end up going through Hendaye/San Sebastian to Huesca. Ideally we want to visit the Pyrenees both sides. we are subscribed. safe travels!
Another interesting vlog, the blues of the the sky and the waters look fantastic, shame the snake /stick wasn't with that bottle of wine 🍷, indie is doing well what sort of mpg you getting on them roads, our transit based motorhome always around 30 no matter what, have you ever done any mountains in the winter ?
Thank you - this walk was just breathtaking! Indie did so well, the most she’d done before that was from Cornwall to Scotland and the NC500 for two weeks so this trip was quite a bit longer! Mark says about 25-30 as well depending on how fast he drives! No we haven’t done any mountains in winter and possibly wouldn’t as not sure the roads would be good for cycling. We’ve done a few weekends away during last winter but that’s it so far! How about you? Are you full time travelling or making the most of the 90 days!
@@AdventureswithAmandaandMark we've done Switzerland in winter in the snow but left our fold ups at home, no not full time in the motorhome as my wife works in a school so all the breaks we tend to go away, this morning we left blaye citadel and we are now at Sur la plage a Montalivet.
@@stephenhayward6445 I bet Switzerland was beautiful in the snow - we went there at the beginning of May a few years ago and loved it so will definitely want to go back there again sometime but during the summer as it looks amazing. Expensive though! Our daughter has just qualified as a teacher and will be starting her new job next month. Enjoy the coast 😊
Outstanding scenery both, that scenery looked worth some risks to be honest. What a great walk. Thanks Tony and Julie.
