What is 'innate behaviour'? Where does it feature in the environment? And how does it compare to 'learned behaviour?
Innate behaviour is instinctive; it is determined by our nervous system and does not involve conscious decision. It is often inflexible, such as a reflex response to a stimulus. We do not acquire innate behaviour through learning and practice, but are born with the behaviour pattern 'hard-wired' into our nervous system. We have inherited the response in our genes from our parents. There is little variation in response between individuals. You do not need to learn how to sneeze, or a spider does not learn how to spin a web; this things come 'naturally'. Learned behaviour however does involve learning, and we modify our learned behaviour responses as a result of experience. This means that learned behaviour does vary between individuals.

In a videogame, there's a loud noise in the game, I move my mouse to move the character to look at the noise before I process what is happening. Surely this reflex isn't innate?

It’s probably conditioning, a learned behavior (you acquire reflexes through certain circumstances). In this case, you respond to noise by moving your character towards it. People who have never played video games won’t know how to do it. It’s not in your DNA.
Another example of conditioning would be clicker training for dogs (Pavlov’s dogs). Pavlov had dogs. The dogs responded to the smell of food or arrival of food (stimuli) by drooling. The dogs did not respond to the clicking noise of the clicker (a different stimuli). Then, Pavlov decided to click his clicker whenever he brought out food. The dogs then associate this clicking noise with food. So, click = food is coming. After a while, whenever the clicker was clicked, the dogs will respond to the click noise by drooling, assuming food is being brought out.
The dogs learned (subconsciously) that the click noise means that food is coming. It is a learned behavior, not innate.
