I love your podcast, but I have to tell you that tilapia is one of the WORST fish that you could eat on the planet. They are farm raised and feed on sewage and other unhealthy things. Please feel free to do the research. A friend of mine who also informed me of this information made me research for myself because it was one of my favorite fish to bake or fry. I was brokenhearted, but quickly gave it up after watching several videos and documentaries ❤
