- We local Taiwanese consider #Taiwan a foodie paradise because the variety of ingredients used in #Taiwanese cuisine is simply endless. Surrounded by oceans, the tropical island of Taiwan has every resource to create any dish imaginable. Apparently, my Korean friends agree. They came to Taiwan well-prepared to consume all the foods that their bloggers recommend. Gone was the initial suspicion because they were blown away by how our foods simply let the ingredients speak for themselves.

LOL same, I take food over anything anytime. Ye and I tried the kiwi lychee shaved ice, was surprised how good it was with the wiki seeds in the ice!

Nice video! Those mountain heaps of shaved ice looks intimidating! How can you fit that in your stomach after eating all those dumplings? The spicy wontons look very good BTW
THE WONTONS WERE SO GOOD. I hope you could make them with the ingredients at your local Asian grocery or try them if you ever visit Taiwan 🤗 haha tbh we weren't that stuffed after the dumplings because we had a specific plan to drop by the shaved ice place after 🤣
I find Taiwanese people to be so particular about Beef Noodles!! I find them all delicious... can’t tell the difference between good and bad ones!
It's the balance of noodles, beef, and soup. Different people have different requirements for each of 3 parts. For example, I like my beef tender and in chunks like proper beef stew. I like the noodles thick and al dente. I like the soup to be flavorful but not too spicy. Most other people probably like the spiciness.

She is 화교 ( Overseas Chinese living in Korea) she is not Korean. Some of them might have Korean surname adopted from Father or Mother surname. For example, Wang Ji Hyun ( Her father is chinese) but she adopted Chun Ji Hyun from mother surname .

阜杭豆漿真的排超久 我假日去學校上課（在阜杭豆漿附近）早八到中午吃午餐 都還是在排隊 所以我大學到現在也一次都沒有去朝聖過🤣
boba, beef noodles, stinky tofu, oyster omelette (don't know why there's no shrimp omelette like in the US), oyster and/or intestine thin flour rice noodle (misua), DTF and shaved ice are just a few on my list.
o and tofu pudding. my fave :)
Haha I love tofu pudding too but it has to be from this Taiwanese restaurant called 欣葉. Not even kidding, they make the best tofu pudding out of all I've tasted in Taipei

你那個牛肉麵是醬油湯而已，看湯的顏色就知道不怎麼樣，試試西寧南路或永康街那邊幾家牛肉麵，天水街的金春發牛肉麵已經有百年歷史，可以試試看，鼎泰豐浪得虛名，比他好吃的很多，試試台大對面的易牙居。
想說帶他們去林東芳但那裡用餐位置有點🤔
林東芳不是搬新家了，全新的店面應該好一點。在安東街四之一號。
易牙居应该不错。我发现在大学旁的大致不会太差。
我看了视频，那个牛肉汤应该是比较淡薄的那种。台北市里面应该有比较好吃的。
