Luckily the majority of branded gaming mice do not have adjustable denounce time. Newer mice (for example every razer mouse since 2016) do not even produce double clicks. If your mouse does not have adjustable denounce times, you need to double click by adjusting the pressure with which you click the mouse button, as the mechanics behind doubleclicking involve the small feather inside the mouse (this part is now skipped cause debounce times). The easiest way to figure that out is by dropping your finger on the mouse while holding it with your normal click. If you do it right your mouse will make a kinda hollow clicking sound. Just memorise the pressure and you can butterfly without adjusting the debounce time.
The one problem I had with bf clicking and it’s why I jitter is cause I didn’t know how to grip I’m gonna see if I can imitate your grip and ty for the tutorial

yeah that is one of the main problems a lot of people face when trying to butterfly, just test some things out and see if anything feels comfortable and if it does try it for a while because sometimes people just give up on it too quickly when really it just takes time to master

One thing I don't like bfly clicking and its that the consistency of the cps. It really depends on how fast I can flap my mouse while butterfly clicking. Learning how to make double clicks slower will help ig.

Yes! Can confirm the Katar Pro XT is a great budget option for butterfly clicking! Like Parccer said, you can install the software, but do not install the firmware update that it gives you the option for. Also keep in mind that the XT and the non-XT Katar Pro are different, with the XT being a much improved version of the normal.
Oh okay, how much cps do you usually get? And are the switches heavy?
@@hafenimufeti6780 You can easily get 20 cps, and the clicks are very light, but a little mushy with some post travel. I don't wanna be the annoying guy self promoting on someone else's channel, but I did make a review on it on my channel if you want to see where give all the pros and cons I think of the mouse.
I use the pwnage symm2 wired, it can go "used" on amazon for around $25, and it has kailh 8.0 switches which feel great. Just thought I'd put another option out there
the non-XT katar pro is also very good tho, i used the wireless one for a bit and i was able to get 16+ cps butterflying, the only reason why i dont use anymore it is that my hands are quite large and it isn't very comfortable for me

even without double clicking you should get 12 cps my mouse double clicks it has a 1ms debounce time so I can easily get 25 cps
@@habibi1818 well i do try but i havent been butterfly clicking for long maybe only like 5-6 months so id say 9-10 cps is good (for now) but in the futer i hope to get higher cps. tho cps doesnt = skill its still probobaly helpfull. idrk tho

You should defenitly do more handcam videos, it fits your type of content really good actually.
Imo a huge potential competetor for the model o(or model d or whatever) would be the mainline bloody mice which once you remove the extra weight loose theyre biggest con argument. Plus bloody allows 0 debounce and the switches are better plus the mouse button shape is better for butterfly and if necessary they drag higher then the model o even without tape.

Damn I wish I was that consistent my index finger is a bit bent to my middle finger so sometimes it is very hard to butterfly
just try to practice on a table first to try and get the rhythm and to get your hands used to that type of motion
At 2:29 you actually have to do that, I know that it says not to do it but its the only way to block hit when you're butterfly clicking, I've used this method using my ring finger on the right click button when butterfly clicking and it helps a lot when im block hitting, but if you don't block hit then don't do it I guess. Hope this helps!

I just struggled w doing it when I didn’t mean to. It’s when I start getting high right mouse button cps in a fight that it’s bad but block hitting with your ring finger is totally a good thing, I just found it hard to master correctly

I learned to butterfly before I knew it needed a double clicking mouse, and I was just using an office mouse, but I got so good I can get up to 14 cps without double clicks (or maybe my mouse double clicks half the time, idrk)
you dont need a double clicking mouse to butterfly also office mouses usually do double click

I am mainly butterflying for over a year now. But a few month ago i swiched from the roccat kain 120 to the kone pro air.
I dont understand it but since i use the kone my hands die way faster which didnt happen at all on the kain and after clicking for like 5 sec the cps go down to like 15 while clicking exactly the same. Welp
I have lage hands and use a roccat kain 120. Though the buttons are small I can still get 25 cps pretty consistently
im left handed and i use my right hand to butterfly, and only manage to score around 9-12 (sometimes 14) but very inconsistently. any tips? i cant click fast enough and not all my clicks are double
yeah im the same actually i am also left handed and use my right hand, just make sure you have a good grip, make sure every click you do actually IS double clicking becuase sometimes only 1 finger is actually doing the double clicking while the other isn't, and just practice and all of those together should get you higher cps

For me jitter is ezer to switch buttons and more consistent. Still learning bfly for rmb, but sometimes my hands forget how to butterfly :(

I have the Kone Pro, and given the way that the right click slopes down I find it harder to double click on that side when I'm butterflying. I think that the model D is similar, and are there any ways to get better at right-click butterfly?

Could this hurt my mouse, because when I had the old glorious model o, I played everything normally for a year, and suddenly my right click broke, every time I click it, I get 2+ more cps, even when I'm not trying to click like a double click, I click normally and I get 5 cps, 2cps .. Now I have a new model, I downloaded the software, I just put it on 4ms, I'm just afraid that it won't happen to me again

thats why trying to do the motions on a table can be a big help, it might not fully fix it but i think i had a similar problem when i started and trying it on a table helped a lot

My debounce is at 0 and I click I feel just as fast as you, however I only hit like 14-16 CPS but you hit 18-22 any reason or tips why?
its most likely due to the fact that not every click that you do is double clicking, every single time that I click its a double click so just try and focus on seeing if you can double click every time you click then you should be able to reach the higher numbers

so i actually have a question; 2 weeks after i got my model o wireless i was already clicking 25-27 cps consistently (left) and around 18-24 on right however after winter came i went down to 12, eventually got to 16, then now 20 again however i can't seem to get higher than 20 and it feels like im putting too much effort into clicking. just doesn't feel the same as before anymore. do you know how i can get back to clicking consistent 25-27 (during pvp btw, also i used to click 18-19 with 10ms debounce)

You get less tired with practice. You just need to keep building up the muscles that you need to do this which will happen naturally.

your hand needs to gain stamina and get used to butterflying for longer periods of time, so I would just reccomend to keep butterflying and make sure to keep working on just getting higher stamina with it

I have a problem with cps and consistency of my cps. when I do not move my mouse I can click 20cps but when I start to move it (aim/flick) my cps drops down to around 12-15. Is it because of my grip, or from something else?
its most likely from grip or that your focus shifts to something like the pvp fight or whatever you might be doing which could just make you focus a lot less on the cps and more on the fight

Actually that would have been useful for the block hit part for other gamemodes like no debuff and boxing for butterfly clickers

first just make sure that you have the denounce time is set to the correct amount, and that you just practice being able to double click consistently before trying to butterfly with it
