En el Marcel tiene el reto de representar con gestos a dos personajes el León y al domador. Sugiero primero busquen vídeos de domadores de leones y actos circenses parecidos y luego vuelvan aquí ver las similitudes en los gestos. El segundo acto, muestra a una persona que va al campo a capturar mariposas con una red. Entiendo que ustedes por ser jóvenes no hayan visto actividades semejantes antes, ya que actualmente es muy raro verlo en la vida cotidiana. Por lo que deben ir a ver primero videos de los actos que aquí se muestran con gente real. Solo así entenderán la pantomima. Y lleven sus dudas a sus educadores. Seguro que ellos les darán respuesta. Watch the movie “Resistance”. This man saved thousands of Jewish children as part of the French resistance in WWII. He led them over the Alps to Switzerland. His father was killed in Auschwitz in 1945. He developed his skill when communicating with the children he rescued.
The first performance, he is doing a clownish comedy pretending to be a lion tamer for a circus. He pretends there's one good lion and a rude one, whom he scowls at and reprimands every time. He stomps his foot to command them. Then he is encouraging them to jump through the hoop, but one unexpectedly jumps way over, it's very funny. Look at 2:35 when he is "opening the lion's mouth" , in real life circus trainers would then put their head in the animal's jaws to show the audience that they have complete control over the animal, but our mime is not so brave! I love this, I hope the context can help you enjoy it too :-)
