The blond one without eyebrows is Winter (Kim Minjeong), lead (or main?) vocalist and lead dancer. Karina, the "balding" black-haired beauty, is the leader, main dancer, lead rapper, sub-vocalist, basically everything except maknae. I'm not a MY, so I can't tell you much about their personalities, but I occasionally watch videos like this and they seem like fun and down-to-earth girls. Their music is also consistently good, or at least diverse enough to appeal to a wider audience.
