Rear ke niche wale reflector nahi remove karne chahiye, By removing it and installing in its place LED type, car owner's think it's a fancy item but this is a risky and illegal thing, when the car is parked in dark, it is the reflector that indicates the presence of the vehicle to oncoming drivers.

FYI, recovery point is always attached to the chassis, not the bumper. The points you mentioned on the metal bumper for shackles are actually for auxillary lights. Do not attach shackle there and try to recover in the future.

Genuine point hai bro. Bumper is for impact distribution and safety of engine. It can't pull the complete vehicle because its not a part of chessis. Recovery point is attached to chasis and is provided such that the load is evenly distributed while towing. With bumper the whole pressure will be on connecting bolts of bumper and they might crack or worn out leading to accident.
Using metal bumper, raises question ❓ of pedestrian safety also

Hello Vikas Bhai..@Explore the unseen 2.0 Here is one suggestion from my side.. Don’t You think so that heavy weight bumper will reduce the performance of vehicle in terms of torque delivery & milage etc. You should Have kept the original one. Because it was company fitted.

The bumper is so heavy that 3 people are needed to move it...I hope you don't hit some person/animal with that, as it will cause serious injuries even at the speed of 30-40. besides that, it is a modification with original safety data of the thar...most probably it should be illegal..

Fair point bro. Manufacturer's check weight distribution of every part and its impact on center of gravity of vehicle. With such a heavy bumper the front part is too heavy. Also thar has too much plastic on top and behind. While going downhill and sudden breaking while turning this vehicle can topple due to highly uneven weight distribution.

Vehicles passed as per ARAI in India have had their headlights with not more than 55/60W powered bulbs each side. So it is evident that this is cap as per standards around here. We are not sure of the lumens limit though (1200LM for 60w halogen) because there are high end vehicles with HID lights shining at around 3000LM. The minimum brightness are of the two wheeler s which are equipped with 35W bulbs minimum. So the range is like 35W to 60W.
