After I watched the first episode I ordered the 1st book. I like it a lot but in my opinion they rushed through it a little bit but it's still a good book and I recommend reading it. From the first 2 episodes, I prefer it over the book but I still need to read the rest of the series.

I love Buffy, Angel, Game of Thrones, and loads anime, even some dark ones but if you meditate or want to connect to anything positive. DO NOT WATCH this show. The ending of the first ep will put an evil in your mind that keeps ruining your focus. I've never regretted watching something so much.
Mixsuin How is this worse than GOT? Don't get me wrong I'm obsessed with GOT but I also adore the Magicians. If you want something dark on your mind. Watch Legion. Go on. See how much you regret that :)
Game of Thrones is way worse than the magicians with sex, rape and incest. The magicians in the 1st two episodes are great at introducing he characters and Breakbills/magic

I just read first book and there a lot drinking in books it very dark and adult so it look like is going be same for show.
