Yeah the Idea was to get the return then build from that. we will be getting more into it on videos to come. but thanks for watching and appreciate the comment.👍
@@jesperfranzen9396 again we get that keep a eye on future videos where we go into more depth and detail on different service options. It was simply to show how to get it back and to keep an eye on the spin and what to do with it .
well this is for utterly and absolute beginners who can barely "play" table tennis at all, in a real match its not about just getting the ball on the table but instead not giving an easy 3rd ball attack to ur opponent and that can be quite tough if u dont read the side/under, side/upspin 100% correctly so instead of watching a complete bob failing to do simple pushes with the right angle in 70% of the video it should be more about how to distinguish the spin in the serve etc
Thank you for your feed back. I would just like to commend you on the observation that it was for "beginners who can barely "play" table tennis at all" because that's exactly who its aimed at. We are showing a very basic level of return from 1 serve. We are going into more depth in future videos about 3rd ball attack. There all a progression of the next. Remember we do this FOR FUN and that's what it should be.
Good response to a rude comment. Maybe the person who commented is a beginner at being a person, lol. I would rather watch someone share the joy of beginner table tennis than listen to a good player act like an idiot in the comment section.
@@GeoGeo451 u do realise this video is named "How To Return The Tomahawk Serve" and is supposed to be a tutorial how to do that instead it shows rather how to not do and lastly how to barely return it, badly and easy to attack it is not flagged for beginners and it doesnt show how to return it well too, so my comment might sounded rude but it is still true nonetheless
@Blackain66 it's clearly a beginner tutorial, and your rude comment shows you're a beginner person. Keep practising your human interactions, and hopefully you can improve your people skills and get past the beginner stage. Good luck
@@GeoGeo451 heh ur funny, your questining my social and playing skills by what.. that i critique a bad tutorial because why? coz i did NOT see it as a beginner video, i expected it to be somewhat useful while it is not, it is a complete joke for anyone playing TT more than 1month regularly, im in a club where we have people from 1100 TTR (german raiting) to 2000 TTR and i assure u the worst of our players is still laughing about this "tutorial" coz he can do it much better already even thou he is playing in the lowest league possible and about social skills, your the one offending me as you say im bad in playing and in dealing with poeple so is ur social skill really any better, are you not rude even thou i did never offend you? im currently at 1530 TTR, its considered pretty good by most players but obv there are always much better players and as for my socials skills i have more friends than time so i cant complain, i just call stuff out when i see a bad tutorial and this is one, take it as an offense or not, since i dont know u i honestly dont care ;)
This was helpful for a beginner like me. Thanks
Glad it was helpful!
I have never seen two Barrys playing table tennis. This is fantastic.
I’m not sure of the Barry Reference but thank you I assume 😂
Great breakdown on how spin works and how to counteract it!!!

Very useful
Glad you think so!

But the Tomahawk he is serving has hardly any spin on it anyway-it's very weak .

But how to serve like that in first place?
@@uchiha-madara777 will do a video on how to do the Tomahawk 👍
@@TableTennis4Fun-1 ohk thx
I'm sorry but you have to work on that tomahawk serve
@@DanielD-oo8sc yeah it’s not perfect but the point wasn’t for it to be to spinie so he could get the return

Why put the serve in backhand 😊totally useless. Try shorter in fh then we're talking 😊
